My deepest sympathy goes to you my friend and I know that loosing a loved one through suicide is horrendous as it leaves families in shreds and the guilt of what if there was some thing that you could do but the answer is there was nothing anyone could do as  he had already choose himself to pass as he did.
As I sit here typing his presence is very strong indeed. He does constrict my breathing a little and yet he shows me that as he passed he felt nothing all he could see was light a whole sense of calmness embalmed his body and he was instantly placed in a healing sleep . I am sensing that he has tried to communicate with a member of your family but couldn't as the person they went to see was not fully clear themselves so the connection was very difficult. Im not sure why he holds up a pint glass but he is saying cheers to you and shows how either you or another female broke a glass in the last couple of days .He also shows me a photo that's in someone's purse that is nearly threadbare from being held mostly at night. The link with an older man that passed from some form of lung disease is with him. His face and skin is quite weather worn and the link to the sea side is very strong with him also. He walks with you and a dog. He shows me that someone made a compilation of his photos from he was a child and put them on a disc. He loves to watch and finally fit in. He makes me feel that he was very much the missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle but now he is well and loving being free of addiction and pain of mental anguish. He has the biggest smile and yet some type of scar on his eye that he keeps pointing at.He is very active around you and your family. He keeps repeating the name Anne. Know that he loves you so much that he was never really able to communicate this when he was alive he felt very much closed off. He is now back to the bubbly bright boy he was when he was yunger. He shows me a new job for you and there is also a possible move of home as its nearly time for you to take a leap of faith. Please know that he will guide every step you take and that someone needs to be careful on a bicycle .
He also likes your hair curly....strange thing you may think but you must have been trying to straighten it ....hes laughing
Please know that he loves you. He never meant to hurt anyone but he doesn't remember much of what happened and I think he prefers to be remembered in a way that is real . Someone who has obviously made some type of shrine for him keeps him highly amused. He really is a character . Remember him with love and not how he passed he doesn't want your heart to be heavy. Although he says you hide your emotions well from everyone around you. You need to release and talk about how you have been feeling . He removes toxic emotions when you sleep and he knows that you saw him the night after he was buried . He did this just for you, so that you would know he was safe in the arms of Spirit and the Angels don't lose your faith. Stay strong my friend for you are to be very busy through Christmas and the new year. The words "keep her lit" where shouted at me and off he went.

No need to be Lonely

Many thanks for your lovely email as I read it your energy seemed low and in need of some god news so I have decided to answer yours first today. As I sit here the energy of a  woman who seemed to have passed over in the last 6 years through some form of cancer that encompassed her womb. Although her passing was quite difficult she is full of smiles and no longer wants to dwell on the illness but more on your healing. She has sallow skin and shows me that her hair is now full and shining like it was when she was younger. She holds the spirit of a child with her directly connected to you. This little baby girl in Spirit shows that she is to return to you in this lifetime. The link you both share is one of unconditional love and yet her soul seems older than yours. She has waited many lifetimes to arrive just when you least expect.
I see that there is a male that was in your life before returning into your life once more. And I am sensing there was some drama connected to him from the past relationship but it seems that this now has passed. I know your probably thinking that you would never go there again but it seems you two have a connection that links both of your souls on this life path . Know that everything happens for a reason and we are the authors of our own blue prints that our souls have written long before we ever came here.
Spirit want you to smile again to be free of loneliness and to love another and share your life path within a relationship you must begin with loving yourself. Its in doing this that we shed the fears of the past. Don't fear you will not be alone nor will you end up wondering about all the what ifs?? No you my dear will be present in your now focusing completely on the 24hours that you are in. The past does not equal your future you are unique in many many ways you just haven't given yourself some time out. The Angels ask you to STOP!!! Its when we stop judging our past behaviours and see that each time life became intolerable that we don't keep the same patterns that we are normally used to. It is in doing this that the change appears as if by magic things begin to transform a bit like a Butterfly shedding its cocoon . It always amazes me to watch butterflies their grace and elegance remind me so much of angelic presence. Remember when you see one to smile to yourself in the great knowledge that god doesn't create garbage nor will he give you anything that you cannot handle or cope with.
You have that very same power within you to manifest everything your heart desires . Know that you are cherished by Spirit and loved by many. Know that the Angel of transformation surrounds you right now guiding you and you are never alone. Keep the colour pink around you as its calming energy and Archangel Gabriel will guide your words as some serious conversations are on the way for you and your man. All positive by the way so soften your heart listen to the truth and know that Spirit always have bigger plans .
