Dear friends its been a while since i blogged not because i didn't want to but Spirit have been keeping me very busy and right now i feel like a million dollars . Let me tell you about this amazing journey i have been on in the last three weeks.
I was asked three weeks ago if i could look great lose weight and earn money what would i do? It got my attention but what followed really got my head spinning .So let me start at the beginning .On the 23rd of April i as always wrote my universal letter and went out to my fairy garden and burnt it sending the great Universe my complete requests for the coming months . Now i know exactly what the universe does when we release a thought or burn our orders it always answers. So i burned it and went to bed smiling as i am always excited as to what may appear i always tell the universe to keep me clear of obstructions like negativity and small mindedness from people places and things that i my encounter on a daily basis. Therefor leaving my energy open to only the highest good.
What followed was simply amazing i was told that One cup of Coffee would change my body shape via inches and pounds and that it would elevate my mood and my energy levels would rise through the clouds...Well to say i laughed was an understatement BUT !!! As the saying goes dont knock something until youve tried it .. So on monday the 25th of April there i stood with my friend in my kitchen both of us giggling as we poured our sachet of coffee into the cups and sat down in silence sipping it looking at each other and laughing but we drank it and had weighed and measured ourselves so the writing was on the paper and it was nothing to laugh about. Off i went to sit with spirit while my friend headed for home.
Now normally after a full day of sittings with Spirit i normally fall in the door exhausted ready for another latte yes i drank 8 cups of coffee a day with 2 sugars in each one .But this particular day i didnt trip over myself i bounced in the door and began hoovering and cleaning meanwhile my friend phones me saying she feels like she could run to Dublin and back again ....what was going on i laughed as went about my day with childrens school runs and more sittings i was still flying at 10:30pm that night i went to bed slept so soundly and woke at 645 and bounced out of the bed. Now this was a miracle in itself because i have friends who can vouch for me when i say id sleep through a tornado . But on tuesday the 26th my daughters 21st birthday i was up and coffee drank watched the clock for 15 minutes and ate my breakfast {another thing i never did} so here was Fiona munching granola at 715am.......... another miracle I smile as i write this next bit but i hated drinking water i used to feel like i was choking guess what ...another miracle for me i now drink 3 litres of water a day..in two days i just couldnt help myself but to measure again and Boom i was down 8 inches in two days i was in absolute shock so much so i got my friend to measure me again in case i did it wrong . And guess what she was the very same by the Sunday i was down 16 inches and 7lbs in weight... life was changing i went from being constantly tired to going 100 miles a minute and still now three weeks on i am in absolute awe of this product so i said yes im going to bring this to the masses here on my blog you will find the life changing Coffee
Yes every single person wh is now drinking the coffee is phoning me up every day with utter excitement . They are finding themselves the new self as i call it . So im now in my fourth week of my one cup of coffee a day ....and boom im a stone lighter and 26inches gone from my body its a miracle i have not touched one cup of normal coffee since the 25th of April nor have i munched my way through a night of movies with my children i havent wanted one bit of chocolate in 3 weeks as i was the avid muncher especially chocolate nom....nope all my cravings for crappy foods are gone .I have never been happier.
