Please dont worry !!!!!

As I sat reading your email I found my heart swelling with emotion. The love you have for your family is something I would wish for each and every person that has children and this is where you shine like a very bright star. Each day you wake whether you realise it or not you change peoples lives. The Old pals that are your children there souls chose you to be their protectors on this path of life. A souls journey is an amazing experience whether there is heart ache or pure love. Each of us hold within us the power to CHANGE....
You have this power flowing through you every day you open your eye's as you breath you inhale the riches of life itself. This is special. Why? because as we inhale we live and as we exhale we die. It is so simple because we can never get that same breath back again. Living in the now brings us back to ourselves. It is in the now that is all we have nothing more. The needless worry that binds you to the past is old emotions that can be released through....your breath.
I recommend meditation and quiet time for you just five minutes a day to allow yourself just to be you. As you sit and begin to breath slowly counting from ten down to one as you send each breath to the soles of your feet. The mind will begin its usual chatter i.e bills doing the dinner anything you can imagine this is where you verbally or in your mind tell each and every thought to leave you be for five minutes. Allow your breath to flow and listen to it . As you inhale you breathe in  golden light and as you exhale you release the grey .By doing this for five minutes a day you will be telling the body and mind to release all tension and by doing so you will be Healing yourself. There are three ladies in spirit and a gentleman that wants you to know that you are never alone. They know you are stressed and worried and that you will be free of tension if you follow your heart. You have a special gift that the Angels have blessed you with and in time you will use it but for now they want you to ask them to move closer into your life. So that you can be worry free!!!!
Spirit want you to know that the place where you live is secure. They also want you to know that sometimes they go away so that you may grow stronger through life lessons but they are never far away from you. As you grow stronger your sense's will also grow and change and sometimes we think they are not there but they up the ante by making us sit and breath.
You see there are no limitations each breath we take we grow. Worry will not be a part of that life source that flows through you above and below. Your nan watched you last week looking at courses she shows me learning and studying is to come but not in a normal type of classroom. She says that you deserve everything your heart truly desires and that she see's another animal coming into your home. She loves you more than all the stars in the sky. So please stop worrying. She is helping you more than you will ever know.
