Thank you for your email. As I sat here reading it the one word that seemed to run through to the very core of my soul was the word TRUST.
Each and everyone that reads this blog can remember at least one time in their lives where they needed to have complete blind faith. Sometimes we do it and we don't even realise it and to others the words there is no need to panic as there is a divine plan already at hand comes easily. In doing this they allow nothing to take them from their divine peace. I get many emails from people telling me how they have tried to meditate how every candle would be lit and incense floating through the air with the softest music playing in the back round. And yet they say to me I cannot seem to find peace. Either a dog barks or the phone rings or they are mentally doing the shopping in their heads. The thing is you can find peace and meditation even in a busy supermarket. Meditation is giving your body and mind five minutes rest twice a day so that you can connect with yourself allowing your soul to rejuvenate itself just at the beginning and then before you know it you will probably allow yourself ten minutes and build your time up as you sit the more you sit and allow your life to possibly catch up with you the quieter your space will become even if there is a JCB digging outside it will not disturb you. The trick in meditation is that you do not need to focus on anything apart from your beautiful breath. Your life source is your breath. Make friends with your breath and it will allow you to inhale peace and serenity every single day. It has been proven fact that people who meditate each day rarely feel anger and fear. You will also learn to trust your breath bringing more self confidence into your life than before.
P if you try this it will work for you and anyone else that decides to take ten minutes a day out for themselves they too will feel and see the difference in their lives. I do also feel that you are at the end of a difficult cycle In your life where you need to allow yourself proper time out and allow your breath and Spirit to lead you to where you are meant to be.
When I wake up I always say thank you to my big lads that watch over me. Try it start your day off by saying thank you for everything in your life today and don't give your worries a second thought each time you find yourself going down that lonely road within the mind try to catch yourself and say NO! I WILL NOT GIVE MY PEACE AWAY !!!..acknowledge them then tell them to leave you as you are busy and you will be too busy enjoying your life to be allowing other people to live rent free in your head. It is so simple. For instance If you where the proud owner of a five star Hotel would you allow people to stay as long as they liked in your Hotel for free??? I doubt it very much but yet if you only knew that your body mind and soul was actually a real five star hotel that was built just for your soul to journey through life. I ask you to start allowing people around to deal with their own troubles as they wear you down in every way. You can have compassion but you don't have to take anothers burdens on as your own. Which seems to be happening a lot around you.
Take back your peace and quiet and give other peoples stuff the big heave ho. You will be glad you did. All you need to remember is to BREATH
