I receive many emails from people who want to know how they can change their lives. With the way everything has gone in the last five years it seems that a not just in Ireland but across the globe each and everyone has been affected in some small or even huge way. Whether it be financial, or emotional there is not one person who hasn't suffered one way or the other the only option is "Change".... Now there will be those of you who will embrace the change and then there are those of you who cringe at the very mere thought of the word. I see a lot of this type of fear all the time i have sat with Thousands of people who i would honestly say there are the fortunate ones who will embrace change and let Life take care of them. But How Do I Let life take care of me???
Firstly stop questioning everything in your life. Whether you realize it or not you my friend have put your orders out to the great big universe and it has delivered everything that you asked for in abundance For those that do not know about the power of thought here is a brief synopsis There is a huge universal energy surrounding us all of the time now to keep this as Simple as possible i shall describe it the same way i told my Ten year old Daughter. Surrounding our physical bodies is what is called your "Aura" This is energy and it is just like a huge invisible sponge that surrounds us on a constant basis as we get up each morning and greet the day ahead with a smile then doing this gives our sponge a boost like our bodies need certain foods to function so to does your sponge. It is in fact the first thing that wakes before our actual body decides to join it in the big world or energy. Now if you wake and decide to greet your day with a great big old "MOAN" well you just sent the signal of negative throughout your sponge hence as your day goes on the moans and the why me chatter in your mind continues to pump and fill your sponge with heavy unwanted energy a bit like feeding yourself gone off food it doesn't taste good and it will most definitely make you ill ....
So my friends let me ask you this would you serve a plate of ten day old chicken to someone you love ? I doubt it. Your sponge "Aura" also needs nourishment our bodies minds and souls need constant nourishing . Saying the words no more stale food for you will make you smile and by saying the words I now let life take care of me boosts your metabolism a million percent How ? You send vibrations to and from your aura a bit like a radio signal sometimes we need a little fine tuning in the right direction and boom like magic your already feeling better. Your smiling inside and out. Letting life take care of the "Hows and what if's" releases not only tension and anxiety but also ailments that have been present within your body will start to diminish. Just Like MAGIC....
Try for when you awaken tomorrow you have the great power to boost your whole life by choosing one positive thing to say. I can also hear those of you again asking how is this real? STOP!!!! your filling your sponge with gunk that it cannot deal or cope with so in time it will seep through you and cause some type of ailment . Here's a question . Do you Trust yourself ? If the answer is yes then by all means wake up and listen to your heart and know that the great big Universe is listening to you and it is only doing what you my friend have told it to do, Be aware that you are never alone Spirit and your Angels also play a role in trying to help you. Do yourself a favour Today think before you act and then react. Think of all the possible outcomes you would rather have and then choose the one that will have the most Magic for you. Simple steps to Change begin with the person that reads this blog and thinks what have i thought of today that will have a great effect on my life .... Food for the Soul be still a while when you place your orders and then Let Life Take Care Of YOU!

Keep Your Faith In Spirit
Dear Anne
Life in all it's glory can most definitely throw some curve balls our way, many of us can relate to this but as I sat reading your email I noticed in the very essence of the words you typed there is a huge sadness and a hint of regrets. You asked Spirit for words well they will never let you down . Anne a lady named Mary C is here' her energy is very strong and she said her legs were heavy and the veins were painful before she passed she spent six weeks in a nursing home. She wants you to know that you did the right thing by her always. You were there even right up to the end she knows you were there. She shows me a male who stayed outside the room because he could not cope with losing her and yet he too regrets not going in. She wants to tell him its okay that she knew he was there .
I keep hearing the name Thomas and he passed over through a breathing condition I feel he passed about five years before Mary he stands to her left and their energy seems to combine in a family way. She said you have been avoiding social outings and you haven't really wanted to go for a walk she sits at the window in the kitchen she watches everything she see's her Daughter tired and feeling pressured by other family members. There is a for sale sign in her garden and your heartbroken as not only how the other parties moved in so quickly they were white on paper. She see's this and she always knew it would happen . But! Now she's chuckling . The words "It's not going to sell" are being laughed out. She is most definitely a strong Soul. Thing is Anne I feel Spirit are going to put a huge hold on this property and I don't see it selling for two years as it will be a lovely young man that will buy it and he is directly connected to you. So stop all this panic you have nothing to worry about she knows that two of her children were greedy and I feel that she will play a huge part in their own Karmic energy. Her personality is very witty and strong she never suffered fools and she most certainly will not now.
Anne please will you say yes to the short trip that a friend or loved one has being hinting at she wants you to take a break. She watches you mostly in the evening time and shows me that you spend most of your time in the depths of regret. You my good woman are being told directly from Spirit that there is no need for any regrets, she knows you kept her home for as long as you were able and she gives great thanks to you and your husband for your kindness and thoughtfulness. You did everything you could without help from the rest of your family she says "he was always a good girl" even when you were younger you always took care of others. Now she's asking that you let her and your Spirit family take care of you. Know that in the next few nights you will feel her with you.
And yes it is their energy that has been putting your hall light on even though you know you switched it off. They get a giggle from this as Tom loved a joke and a laugh.
Anne they see everything please stop worrying live your life knowing that you have a strong army behind you the seen and unseen.

Memories Of Yesterday
This is just a little of the many things that Spirit and I do of an evening and id like to share this to you.
This is what is called Automatic writing were I allow my Spirit Guide to use my hand to write their messages.
Walking along the broken shells. The limp like waves of the sea inhaled and exhaled as Mother nature already knows and trusts its very own motion in this great universe.
And yet you stand on the edge and still question why? Is it human nature or are you just stupid and blind to the possibility that there is a greater more powerful energy at work right in front of your very eyes ???? And yet it is happening.
"Human". I am with you . I have walked many paths on your life journeys always beside you ever present guiding you . But! You also have freewill to choose . Therefor in the end it was yours to choose the final part of life's journey.
Allow me to explain.
I am not allowed to completely show myself as to do so would leave you feeling like you were never alone.
I can sometimes instigate things in your life whether it be for your enjoyment and bliss or whether it will save your human life.
I am specifically here to teach you . I am the gentle reminder to your Soul about it's blueprint and why it is here consuming what we Spirit Beings call "The Human overcoat" The body that has so many complications within it.
We do not need these .
There will be times that you will be let feel our presence and there will be those of you that will have the privilege to see and hear us.
