Hello Friends
Today i sat in my car waiting for the school bus to collect my son when the news came on. Now i do not usually listen to the news as i really do not do negativity especially first thing in the morning. But something made me sit up and listen. My heart immediately fell heavy and i welled with tears as i listened to how 1500 Irish Children are in Hostels or emergency shelter for Christmas . Little children who should be tucked up in there own little beds in there own home waiting for Santa to come are in the place that we call no mans land. Its not too festive to hear of little ones left homeless for Christmas. Each and every one of us have been guilty of moaning about something small and trivial. As each and every human being reads this blog you will all remember a time where life was so hard and difficult and yet we got through it with the help of our unseen Hero's Our Angels and loved ones in Spirit . Please spare a thought for the mother's that are in these places wondering how they will make it through this extremely lonely time of year. Lots of people love Christmas but there are those who have suffered so much loss and grief at this time of year they prefer to forget and close themselves off leading to isolation and depression. At Christmas nearly everyone remembers a loved one who is no longer here. That familiar face that used to sit on the sofa sipping a drop of sherry. People can sometimes get so caught up in the financial part they forget themselves and get lost in a whirlwind of spending. Only to realize that they really did not need even a third of what they had bought. If each and every person that reads this blog does one thing to help one person this Christmas then the hand of Spirit will touch many many Souls. In your everyday things that you i bet there are plenty of people that may just need a kind word or a smile. To call into old people who may not see the face of one over the whole Christmas these people are already on our doorsteps so dont look and think "awh they will be fine" Stop and maybe ask how they are fixed for Christmas sometimes a chat can bring great healing for the young and the old. We too will be old one day and who knows what we will need. Time does not stand still yet for those who feel in limbo , time is too much for them and the mear ticking of a clock could be there only company. Loneliness is not a companion that we invite into our hearts its when we forget those who may need a little magic.
Be a miracle to someone this Christmas. Let one person know that they are not alone and share the gift of Healing every single day,. Be thankful that you have a home and your family are safe and well. Say thank you to Spirit for always guiding you through your life path. The Heavens will give graciously and you will feel good knowing that you have brightened someones day.Please feel free to share this blog so the wish grows bigger

Old versus New
Dear David
Thank you for your email. Ive decided this evening to do some blogs and your question was the first i saw, With regards to your relationship and how you feel afraid of speaking your truth to your new partner. From what you have told me she seems to be a gem of a girl who likes you very much. I know that at the beginning of any relationship there is always an element of fear and doubt but the mistake that some people make is comparing there new partner with the old . Now this is a huge mistake. You see what happened in any past relationship should have no place in your now or your future. Every single day someone somewhere is walking in and out of relationships. You both have children this can sometimes be a bit difficult yet im not seeing any hassle to come around any of you and i also feel that her children will love you anyway you have nothing to fear. The problem i feel here is that you have been so used to being on your own that you created habits that you are always saving your ex out of some situation or another the need to let her go and let her stand on her own is huge here .For you to move forward and make new life plans with your partner and also this shows that you respect and care about your future together.
Its all been just habit the last few years youve allowed someone else dictate how you would live even though they are happy to get on with there own life. Yours felt like nothing changed apart from you no longer live in the home. You flung yourself into work so to distract yourself keeping as busy as you could but now life has brought new love and the offer of new life that comes to you now. Dont make the mistake of letting the past or anyone else dictate what you can do. The skys the limit why? Because this is fresh and new like a clean canvas you and your new partner can create the very life you want including your children.
I also feel that your ex seems to enjoy the fact that you are there to cover any bills that may arise this is called using . This person seems to have life pretty down pat and knows exactly how to play every situation why because they were the ones who told you to leave ,they held control now things are changing and they are going to have to step up and fend for themselves as you are not a bank machine nor are you married to this person anymore you are officially single with the prospect of having a really long lasting relationship with your new partner. And "yes" your ex is with someone now quite some time actually so you do not need to feel guilty. She has hidden this well as she doesn't stay in the area. So there is your answer my friend you have a beautiful new life of real love and laughter ahead of you so make the time for her she will be there to lift your heart when youve had a good or a bad day. This woman will change how you have viewed things and probably has already done so. So dont be afraid to get out of the old past habits and dont fear what others may think this my friend is YOUR LIFE and heaven knows life can be so very short lived. So live Laugh and Love your new Life you deserve to be happy.The old life has nothing to offer you only stale emotions and loss. Live today and tell that lovely girl exactly how you feel. You deserve this .

Little Angels From Heaven
Dearest Katie
As i read your email my heart sank as each word jumped out at me i felt your heart breaking pain and loss. To lose anyone we love is heart wrenching but to lose your first born well that strikes a chord with me too. As well as other people i know who have lost a baby to stillbirth you feel like you have failed and in some way you blame yourself . You are not a failure nor are you to blame. The rush of Spirit as they gathered round as i was reading your email they too sensed the urgency to answer your hearts call through this blog,
There are three energies here that are for you and your partner. A man who wants me to call him ted his full name is Edward, he links in to the male side of the family he passed over through pneumonia or a lung related condition. This gentleman wore a soldiers uniform when he was a young chap in fact very young as i feel he may have lied about his age to get into the army. His uniform was Brown and he was in a barracks based in the UK . He looks to be quite old and possibly in his eighties when he passed over . He was in a nursing home in the end and he is laid to rest via cremation. He had left Ireland as a young boy because there was nothing for him here. The lady that is with him is his mother her name is Margaret, but people called her May for short, it is what she holds in her arms that interests me the most as she holds not one but two babies that she urgently wants you to know that these little heavenly souls are to come to you and your partner. The room has suddenly got huge emotion running through it and the excitement is very intense indeed. I feel she is a great grandmother and i know she will be the one to guide these two little men into the world. He is coming back but he aint coming on his own. He wants you to know that you have his little babygrow near where you sleep and they show how you always smell the talc aswell this is his way of connecting with you. He doesnt want you to have a wet pillow anymore and there for he is coming back. You are and will be a great mammy. You placed a teddy bear and a toy car were he rests. They show me the snowdrops and i feel that when the snowdrops come to bloom you my dearest girl will be also blooming with pregnancy. You are so loved and the Angels and your Spirit family will never let you down , know that when you feel like falling over they are the ones holding you up. You will smile and you will repaint a particular room. The kitchen is either a cream or white colour this is where the congregate around you as you dont sit in the other room much at all. Time to bring on the nesting for you Katie may you find peace in knowing that your little Angel is coming back two fold.
Know you are cherished and loved more than you will ever know. I keep seeing tiny footprints and handprints in a frame too.
You will be more than happy come the spring as he returned to his other half to bring him back with him.
I hope these guided words bring you some comfort know they too have bigger plans sometimes we just cannot see.

Be True to You...
Dear Friends
As each moment passes our lives are changing even when we are sleeping. There are unseen energies at work. It is within the sleep realm that a lot of Healing occurs. This gives our Angelic helpers a chance to come closer and pour the loving energy of change through our bodies, we don't feel this as we are busy resting the human overcoats in which the beautiful Soul resides. Meanwhile your soul may choose to either rest or it may travel through the astral realms where it can do healing of its own.
Now many of you reading this will remember a time that you experienced a dream in which upon waking the following morning you just could not shake that feeling of what you saw or felt within. Many of you will fondly remember dreams where you met loved ones who now reside in Spirit. And then it is the dreams in which we wake and feel the sense that your scared. These dreams in which we are a part of can be very real and sometimes even frightening. And the residual feeling of falling and just as your about to hit the ground you wake up with a jolt and grab your chest as your heart is beating so fast. This is nothing to be frightened of , sometimes the soul journeys and when it feels the body stirring to wake it needs to Re-enter sometimes so quick your body will jolt slightly. This can be huge healing and every time your Soul journeys the more knowledge it returns with to help you on your path in life.
One particular question i get a lot is " Why can't i see a loved one when i sleep" ?Whether you realize this or not but your loved ones love nothing more than to sit by your side as you rest and take some quiet time for yourself. You must remember that they see your stress and worries and they will move mountains to help you in your life . Know that this also takes a huge amount of energy for your loved ones to this. So when you go to bed tonight you may see your rest time in a very different way than before. This is their gift to you each and every time you sit or lie down to rest you are surrounded by the most vibrant loving energy that only your loved ones could ever give you . This is there gift to you , they ask for nothing in return except that you be always true to you. Be kind to yourself give yourself the same care, love and attention that you would give to someone that you love. Being true to you requires you not feeling guilty about taking time out. Give yourself permission to Live Love and Laugh frequently it is the food for the soul.

The Angels Call
Dear Friends
There are many people out in this huge world that have experienced what i call the The Angels Call. Only when things happen in our lives we do not recognize that it is our Angels that have helped us through thick and thin. They are there watching and moving mountains for us as we pave the way on these paths on which we have chosen. I know this to be true as i too have been floored by life and its ways of knocking us down. It is in these darkest moments that feeling of complete and utter hopelessness that we awaken something within our very core our souls literally give up and through this pain we surrender to a power much greater than ourselves. Then we are "FREE" it is the moment were you no longer can hold onto loneliness, hurt , and pain from the past or in the now. Only then do we give in as the human overcoat in which we reside is too tired to battle with the Soul . Then Miracles happen nothing will ever be the same. Each and everyone of us has a Gaurdian Angel that never leaves us regardless of our religious beliefs we all have one . But not everyone will talk to them it is this that i feel is very sad as i talk to mine all of the time she is my best friend and ever present since i was a child she is my Silver Lady, Some of you will know who i write about but for those of you who have never heard about her she has guided me all my life she has taken me on the greatest journey ever my Life.
The truth is you don't need to be on your knees with nothing to grab before you connect again to "your Angels" They are already there large as life watching you, ever present every minute that goes by is a minute of amazing energy and love that we all need . Regardless of whether you are happy or sad in this very moment you can call your Angel, there is no particular way of doing this just call or shout or whisper whatever you do this day give your Angel a chance to help you make your life and your body a better place to dwell. We put ourselves through so much of unnecessary heart ache and pain that we do not need .When we can be free to be present in the moment the very here and now. They will take your worries , your stress whatever it may be all they ask from you is "TRUST" Trust that they already know our life path and they do have the power to change your life. Trust is the key.
There will be those of you who will read this blog and identify with how just at that particular moment of pain that we gave in . The Miracle of this blog is to remind you and let you know that there are too many redundant Angels out there just waiting to hear "Your call" Go ahead call yours to you and ask them to bring your hearts desires, whats the worst that could happen ??? You could be Happy ? Now isn't that a thought to ponder on .....

Let Life Take Care of You
I receive many emails from people who want to know how they can change their lives. With the way everything has gone in the last five years it seems that a not just in Ireland but across the globe each and everyone has been affected in some small or even huge way. Whether it be financial, or emotional there is not one person who hasn't suffered one way or the other the only option is "Change".... Now there will be those of you who will embrace the change and then there are those of you who cringe at the very mere thought of the word. I see a lot of this type of fear all the time i have sat with Thousands of people who i would honestly say there are the fortunate ones who will embrace change and let Life take care of them. But How Do I Let life take care of me???
Firstly stop questioning everything in your life. Whether you realize it or not you my friend have put your orders out to the great big universe and it has delivered everything that you asked for in abundance For those that do not know about the power of thought here is a brief synopsis There is a huge universal energy surrounding us all of the time now to keep this as Simple as possible i shall describe it the same way i told my Ten year old Daughter. Surrounding our physical bodies is what is called your "Aura" This is energy and it is just like a huge invisible sponge that surrounds us on a constant basis as we get up each morning and greet the day ahead with a smile then doing this gives our sponge a boost like our bodies need certain foods to function so to does your sponge. It is in fact the first thing that wakes before our actual body decides to join it in the big world or energy. Now if you wake and decide to greet your day with a great big old "MOAN" well you just sent the signal of negative throughout your sponge hence as your day goes on the moans and the why me chatter in your mind continues to pump and fill your sponge with heavy unwanted energy a bit like feeding yourself gone off food it doesn't taste good and it will most definitely make you ill ....
So my friends let me ask you this would you serve a plate of ten day old chicken to someone you love ? I doubt it. Your sponge "Aura" also needs nourishment our bodies minds and souls need constant nourishing . Saying the words no more stale food for you will make you smile and by saying the words I now let life take care of me boosts your metabolism a million percent How ? You send vibrations to and from your aura a bit like a radio signal sometimes we need a little fine tuning in the right direction and boom like magic your already feeling better. Your smiling inside and out. Letting life take care of the "Hows and what if's" releases not only tension and anxiety but also ailments that have been present within your body will start to diminish. Just Like MAGIC....
Try for when you awaken tomorrow you have the great power to boost your whole life by choosing one positive thing to say. I can also hear those of you again asking how is this real? STOP!!!! your filling your sponge with gunk that it cannot deal or cope with so in time it will seep through you and cause some type of ailment . Here's a question . Do you Trust yourself ? If the answer is yes then by all means wake up and listen to your heart and know that the great big Universe is listening to you and it is only doing what you my friend have told it to do, Be aware that you are never alone Spirit and your Angels also play a role in trying to help you. Keep Your Faith In Spirit
Dear Anne
Life in all it's glory can most definitely throw some curve balls our way, many of us can relate to this but as I sat reading your email I noticed in the very essence of the words you typed there is a huge sadness and a hint of regrets. You asked Spirit for words well they will never let you down . Anne a lady named Mary C is here' her energy is very strong and she said her legs were heavy and the veins were painful before she passed she spent six weeks in a nursing home. She wants you to know that you did the right thing by her always. You were there even right up to the end she knows you were there. She shows me a male who stayed outside the room because he could not cope with losing her and yet he too regrets not going in. She wants to tell him its okay that she knew he was there .
I keep hearing the name Thomas and he passed over through a breathing condition I feel he passed about five years before Mary he stands to her left and their energy seems to combine in a family way. She said you have been avoiding social outings and you haven't really wanted to go for a walk she sits at the window in the kitchen she watches everything she see's her Daughter tired and feeling pressured by other family members. There is a for sale sign in her garden and your heartbroken as not only how the other parties moved in so quickly they were white on paper. She see's this and she always knew it would happen . But! Now she's chuckling . The words "It's not going to sell" are being laughed out. She is most definitely a strong Soul. Thing is Anne I feel Spirit are going to put a huge hold on this property and I don't see it selling for two years as it will be a lovely young man that will buy it and he is directly connected to you. So stop all this panic you have nothing to worry about she knows that two of her children were greedy and I feel that she will play a huge part in their own Karmic energy. Her personality is very witty and strong she never suffered fools and she most certainly will not now.
Anne please will you say yes to the short trip that a friend or loved one has being hinting at she wants you to take a break. She watches you mostly in the evening time and shows me that you spend most of your time in the depths of regret. You my good woman are being told directly from Spirit that there is no need for any regrets, she knows you kept her home for as long as you were able and she gives great thanks to you and your husband for your kindness and thoughtfulness. You did everything you could without help from the rest of your family she says "he was always a good girl" even when you were younger you always took care of others. Now she's asking that you let her and your Spirit family take care of you. Know that in the next few nights you will feel her with you.
And yes it is their energy that has been putting your hall light on even though you know you switched it off. They get a giggle from this as Tom loved a joke and a laugh.
Anne they see everything please stop worrying live your life knowing that you have a strong army behind you the seen and unseen.

Memories Of Yesterday
This is just a little of the many things that Spirit and I do of an evening and id like to share this to you.
This is what is called Automatic writing were I allow my Spirit Guide to use my hand to write their messages.
Walking along the broken shells. The limp like waves of the sea inhaled and exhaled as Mother nature already knows and trusts its very own motion in this great universe.
And yet you stand on the edge and still question why? Is it human nature or are you just stupid and blind to the possibility that there is a greater more powerful energy at work right in front of your very eyes ???? And yet it is happening.
"Human". I am with you . I have walked many paths on your life journeys always beside you ever present guiding you . But! You also have freewill to choose . Therefor in the end it was yours to choose the final part of life's journey.
Allow me to explain.
I am not allowed to completely show myself as to do so would leave you feeling like you were never alone.
I can sometimes instigate things in your life whether it be for your enjoyment and bliss or whether it will save your human life.
I am specifically here to teach you . I am the gentle reminder to your Soul about it's blueprint and why it is here consuming what we Spirit Beings call "The Human overcoat" The body that has so many complications within it.
We do not need these .
There will be times that you will be let feel our presence and there will be those of you that will have the privilege to see and hear us.

The Souls Of Our Children
This last few nights I have had the utter pleasure of witnessing over 300 children let go of the shackles of this earthly plane and lose themselves through the power and energy of Music and Dance. The last year of school is over and the pressure is now off, especially for the souls who feel under pressure ,whether that is peer pressure , problems at home ,or perhaps there earthly very shy . Or perhaps have no friends. And yet when the music starts they suddenly be the star of there own world. Where everything that was holding them back gets left behind at the side of the stage allowing their true courage to shine like the beautiful stars they are. Smiles and energy are now one as each of them move to the music nothing else matters. For some little souls this is the biggest moment of their lives for others they wont think twice about shining and then their are the ones who like to hold others up not allowing themselves to shine so that the one before them shine even brighter. This is what's called collective energy. These unique little people we see them as our children yet they are more than our children they are the future ....We only have a lend of these wonderful souls ....We as their care givers have a huge responsibility and we need to be awake , to watch a little child cry because her hair isn't curly and how the woman talking to her told her she was beautiful I smiled thinking now that's the right answer. Little do you know that not only is the stage full of human souls but it also has its own Spirit souls there to watch' guide 'and make sure that the energy is light hearted and fun filled . Theatre's hold their own energy as the wall themselves can literally talk. ....As the tension and stress builds I always stand back and watch as energy at its most colourful and at its very peak rises through every smiling face and wide eyed audience member you have the pleasure to see these powerful young souls truly shine.
Always remember we are the ones they look up to for everything the most precious words a child can be told "I am Proud of you"........ These words have a life changing effect on your child to give them the security they deserve to have . As you sit reading this blog you may have a memory of someone who is now in the Spirit world telling you how proud they were...how your heart and belly swelled with pride or if you where ignored and mocked this too has effect on the soul these memories are you best lessons on (What not to do)...you see we carry power why because we had these young souls to protect from our spiritual blue print to now here on the earth until time this too will pass as the seasons come and go, Our once children will be children no more and they will move on give them a hand know that each child you help be a smile or a hug know your shaping their energy and there future. Maybe there is a child you know that may need a helping hand along the path help them don't hinder them...For remember they chose you to be the earth guide. Choose your thoughts as they end as words that always leave an intention be it good or bad and the more positive the brighter your children will shine on and on....
Don't compare know that each young soul has there own life path to follow which whether we push or not say a word , they will end up exactly were they are meant to be . Not where we hope they will be.Let them be Free... Let the shy ones step forward to feel special as they truly are remarkable young children who deserve A Huge applause heart swelling moment to see your Child Smile really really Smile... money cant buy it. So enjoy our young souls my friends for they are the ones that we will need some day....As they say The Angels are listening ...What Amazing kids and young people I have met and I take my hat off to each and every parent helping and boosting the moral of our future little leaders, Born To Perform Gavin Quigley Thumbs up to all of you ...Stars are Shining Well Done

Have You Got What It Takes???
Dear Friends
There is not a day that goes by that someone sits with Spirit and seems to think that if it wasn't for Bad Luck they would have no luck at all.
This makes not only myself smile they also give Spirit a good old giggle.
Thing is my friends you already have acquired everything that you have put out to the great Universe....Now I know you may be reading this Blog thinking ,hey I didn't ask for the bills that are piling up on the table, or I didn't ask for that horrific relationship to go completely pear shaped on me . Why did my soul mate leave me for my friend ? Well to start with this person was most definitely NOT your soul mate , if they were they would never ever hurt you in that kind of way. Thing is you actually did ASK! Unknowingly you have directed everything that is happening in your life at this very moment ...The good the Bad and the very Ugly. This can be a bitter pill to digest but when you allow yourself to sit back and really take a look at your life you will indeed find yourself nodding in agreement that everything that has happened for you up to this point in your life You my friend have been the conductor of your very own orchestra and the tunes that you have been sending out with every thought word and deed has a vibration that whether you realise it or not has a cause and effect directly to your LIFE!!!
We gotta be very careful when telling the universe exactly what we want. As just like a waiter with there notepad ready to write, so too has the universe Its actually listening to you this very moment. .... So The question is Have you got what it takes to be truly honest with yourself ...? It has taken me many years of life lessons and still I continue to learn to move with the ebb and flow of the universe it has most certainly thrown some huge curve balls my way which again were my lessons to accept and deal with then let go and move on. Simple Fact about me I like most people hate waiting it is like watching paint dry pointless? No to watch paint dry will most definitely show you the beautiful colour and also the small spaces on the wall where you haven't covered properly, Why? Because you were standing too close to the wall and not seeing the whole piece as one ...The same as the universe when we moan and groan about how crappy our lives are and nothings changing and why is everyone else moving forward and your feeling stuck?
The reason, is you.... The need to let go of the superficial ego and what other people are doing and how they live there lives is now of no concern of yours LET IT GO! Stop measuring your life and comparing it to the lives of others around you. Making comparisons has not done you any favours in the past so it most certainly wont in the future. It has no place in your NOW, Here's a little point to remember, When you envy or give out about how others have treated you badly in the past your DRINKING THE POISON AND EXPECTING SOMEONE ELSE TO GET SICK. Simple yet very true keep a check on your thoughts when you find yourself looking back remember the word POISON!
By doing this your retraining your mind its very simple so don't complicate things with mindless questions and self talk that brings you down POISON. I have had the pleasure to have sat with thousands of amazing people but at least 80% were living there lives in the past. The other 20% are way too busy looking forward and making life changes and enjoying every single bit of it. The smooth with the rough it all blends together. So what do the 20% actually do differently than the 80% that were feeling stuck in one or several areas of their lives.
They embrace change, they don't fear it, they look at life as a whole and not in categories , they do not separate themselves to be above or below anyone else, they keep their own counsel and accept when they have made a mistake and decide to rethink and change their own actions. By doing this these beautiful people are making huge strides in their lives , now don't take this wrong they too have their ups and downs but it is how they choose to REACT ... This is the Key...Action. When something terrible happens people seem to love repeating the woes of others whether it is on the news or just local gossip this has nothing to do with you so I dare you to ignore the drama queens and negative mind sets of others for Three Days...... Can you do this??
When you decide to Live and that you want more in your life for yourself , your partner , your children Do it! Don't wait for someone to take you by the hand like a baby get up and make your changes Today.
Thing is I know you have what it takes to succeed in this life you just need to acknowledge that you my friend are worth more. Dare to be Bold, Dare to step out of that so called comfort zone that you once thought was your lot in life to endure....nope its enjoy Something very big is happening very soon do you want to be a part of it??? A Message Of Hope
This evenings message is a message of Hope
For each and every person that has lost a loved one, no matter how a person has passed over each soul sheds there pain be it physical or emotional they do not linger in a place of nothingness, they do not be left alone as the world of Spirit and the souls of each and every family member will be there to help heal the soul who has just made the final journey home.
The old behaviours and life patterns should not be focused upon. For what the past was has now changed and always will be ever changing in ways that we may never ever comprehend. What surrounds you now is Healing. And healing for the soul who has passed over. Know that they do not want you to be hurting and re-living the old behaviours again the past does not have to repeat itself.
With each and every Soul that passes they bring through grief a sense of relief for them but healing for their loved ones that are left behind.
This Message shouts out to you the reader.... I am here,, I have not really left you...I watch you as you call me and yet you cannot hear my reply....Know that finally I am Free. I know you search for answers The Message here is clear Listen to your heart for I will be always there.

Dearest Friend
I heard you call yet you could not see me
I saw you weep but you could not feel me
Know i am ever present with your Soul that chose me to guide love and protect as you made your way to the earthly plane ,choosing to erase the soul memory so you could eternally grow again and again.

When Things Fall Apart
Dear Caroline
Many thanks for your message. When we feel that our lives are coming apart at the very seam everything that happens from this feeling brings nothing but more grief and worry. The thing here is there are several forces at work here the first being stuck in the negative rut that lets face it each and every human being has also shared the same experience but the outcome can be something quite lovely and unique as it is just for you. When we feel like our lives are falling apart this can be the biggest thing emotionally to happen to you. It is the only real time when we actually sit up and start paying attention to what exactly is happening in our lives.
When things fall apart it is only then that we ask ourselves life questions like where am i going? Is this how my life should be? will there ever be anything different and good to smile for?...
The answer my dear lady is YES! This is a huge transition in your life your body, your energy, everything about you is clearing out the old and outworn. Now as you know if everything in life was simple and we didn't have to strive and push ourselves forward not only would we be extremely boring but we would be walking around like sleeping souls without trials and tribulations how would we learn? How would the Soul grow if it was confined to a world of nothingness. My point here is this Stop what you have been doing its bringing you nothing but heartache and torture and leaving you feeling alone. You are never on your own Caroline There is a very strong yet quite small lady in spirit who keeps a very close eye on you indeed. She calls herself Mary and she shows me that her mind wasn't working too well before she passed , her feet were terribly sore too. She said you need to make a decision around what you really want. You have been through quite a bit lately but this lady is the force behind this Blog tonight. She wants you to take your power back from three things as in people , places and things that bring you nothing but discomfort in your life and stand up for yourself concerning medical issues . If you ask ArchAngel Gabriel to be with you watch how direct warmth will come over you all accross your Heart Chakra and your throat chakra. Gabriel brings balance and harmony to the soul, also the giver of direct confidence and self worth will be yours through giving yourself five minutes a day to sit quietly and comfortably all you have to do is BREATH.
Gabriel will do the rest allow this beautiful energy to comfort your soul and allowing the body to relax. When things fall apart it just means Change thats all nothing stays the same no matter how much we refuse to look at the truth that change is going to come and happen whether we resist or not. Your message is do not resist the flow of your life anymore, take action by giving Caroline permission to stop every single day, It is from this time with your Angels that complete Healing will occur allowing the old and outworn to be released through your breath. You need to make a commitment to yourself then and only then will the change show itself in a positive way for you. Embrace this time of Change as an adventure leaving the parts you hate behind and building new memories just right for you.

She wants you to take your power back from three things as in people , places and things that bring you nothing but discomfort in your life and stand up for yourself concerning medical issues . The Importance of being Awake
Dear Anon
Your question jumped off the screen "why is it so important to enjoy the human experience 24/7,not just sometimes....."This is something that I believe everyone will identify with as they read on. For me as an individual soul I find it very important to be present within each and every moment not just upon waking from sleep but from stepping literally from one astral plane to the earthly plane and feeling the ground beneath our feet. Now I didn't just suddenly one day wake up and decide hey I think il be present in each and every moment today, it has taken right up to this point even right now sitting here I am present. The beautiful thing about being in your now is that its a very easy place to be. Have you ever had a really, really bad day where everything you did seemed to have went wrong or you just couldn't be bothered and you slouch through your day just waiting for nightfall in the hope that tomorrow will be a better day? You would be lying to yourself if you never experienced this as each of us have been there many times. The thing about being present for yourself also means to be there and feel the feelings even though you would rather distract yourself any way you can.
You have the power to choose yes you reading this blog right now you have the god given right to be true to your heart and soul every single moment. This life can be very much like a supermarket of sorrow, stop don't shop in that place move forward past the old and outworn.
To be able to feel the hurt and pain means to enjoy the fun the love and the happiness to its fullest. This life for some can be quite short lived so it is imperative that we enjoy each and every moment that comes to pass.
I know that there are many people out there hurting in many different ways as I see it everyday working with the Spirit world is easy , connecting with human beings can be difficult especially when they can be so determined to stay stuck in the rut, they can be so stuck in drama and loneliness that it begins to feel like its how there human existence should be. The thing is they miss there own lives. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a person suddenly "Wake up" and decide for themselves they want to love their life and the fear that once held them in the chains of the past suddenly disperse. It is a wonderful feeling to make decisions and follow them through trusting that each and every step you take is your life steps being able to look at problems and see that everything comes to pass. I have met so many people who tell me they have so many regrets in their lives and I always watch their eyes reminisce. This is so very sad. To live a life where you came last in every single way putting everything and everyone before yourself only to end up knocking on the spirit world door only too happy to step across through the veil.
My friends I ask you this "Are you happy"? Do you wake each and every morning dreading the day ahead?, Do you love yourself enough to acknowledge that you deserve to love life? That you deserve the time and effort required to bring peace into your hearts? Because this life we are living is all about choices and trusting that core feeling in your gut and following through. Life can be scary yes but it is also amazing when you live in each and every moment and know that you are being true to you first. I have the pleasure to watch healing at its most powerful working in other peoples lives and it is truly amazing how a little bit of change and self honesty can turn a persons life around. Be happy my friends enjoy those crappy days or moments because just like each breath we take we die. We never get the same breath twice so go for it. If there is something that needs huge change in your life then go for it, make that change it is of great importance for your souls life print to make these changes. You will be glad you did. Take a look at the people around you, are they awake in their lives? or are they just muddling through in the hope that something will change??? My guess is we all know somebody who will always have something to moan about yet they are not willing to step into the present the beautiful now. Saying GoodBye
Dear Anon
I was so drawn to your message as I sat and read it my heart swelled with emotion and I just had to reply . In our lives we will meet many many human beings that will bring either something good to your life or even better they will bring you a huge lesson. It is in this lesson that we are able to move forward. Do you think your grandmother would sit back and allow this type of emotional , mental and in the past physical abuse continue?? The answer is quite simply "No"! When someone whom we have spent many years of our lives with suddenly becomes like a stranger it is then that Spirit will be at there strongest around you. You are never ever alone for she holds her hand to her Heart with nothing but love being sent to you right now. Please know the other persons anger is not nor never will be healed as there are people who like to be angry with the world it is unfortunate that they tend to bring the worst out in others along their own distructive path they bring along victims. But you my friend you are being given a life line, a message of hope that you will not be there for much longer and that a whole new way of life is just waiting for you. You have no need to be fearful and your own self confidence will just like the phoenix rise from the ashes. There is a need for me to say also tell someone you love how you feel they will never judge you. They only have your happiness in their own hearts. I believe that the second phase of your life will be happier than ever before. Your Angels have been giving you lots of signs lately please notice them and for probably the first time in years stop and acknowledge that you deserve real Love, real affection, it does exist my friend that love you have for your children does exist within another human being called your Twin Flame . Your Twin flame is someone that may have journeyed many life times in many human overcoats just to find you their other half. Seems crazy ....no its perfectly normal to feel your heart swell even at the sound of another's voice that is real acknowledge how you feel to another and watch how doors that seemed shut in the past will suddenly burst open like magic. You deserve this, it is not to bring you down it is too take you forward into a whole new way of living and breathing.
Know that you are protected from all types of harm the worst is already behind you. Know that the strength to stand up and be counted will come from an army of Angels that just want the very best for you. Your saying Goodbye to the old and unwanted ways of living and hello to your own energy and yourself. And also your new partner. Saying Goodbye to old patterns can be difficult as we have a tendency as human beings to trod along in the hope that everything will change. Well it wont change until you truly acknowledge to yourself that you my friend deserve more, .Know that the next six to eight weeks will show you every step to take , now this could also happen in a matter of days too so do not be scared Spirit have your back "Always"...
You will be happy in fact im guessing your smiling already because deep in your heart you know all this to be true. God bless you my friend for you truly deserve everything and more and that's exactly whats coming just for you. You have already done and gone through the worst so sit up smile knowing you are loved and that this Goodbye is the best thing to ever happen and it wont hurt you like it has in the past. Trust that Spirit know what you need and follow your heart for once the old and outworn has no place in your future.

Bring It On...
Dear Pauline
Many thanks for your email I find it very funny how spirit go directly to the persons mail even though I may be reading another I still after all these years find them very amusing in how they get my attention. There is a lovely gentleman in the Spirit world who wants you to know hes looking at you fixing up a garden the truth be known he says you haven't a clue what is what but you amuse him in a lot of ways. He said he was the one to care for the rose's and the lawn. Now there are a few questions that need to be answered for you today. There is a lady's energy who is either being looked after at home and seems to be shifting her energy from our world to the Spirit world. Seem's she is nearly ready to let go of her earthly overcoat to embrace her new life the name Mary/ Marie comes in and there is also two other males with three ladies there too there is a very busy kitchen but I am being showed a type of old scullery with the flag stone floor . The cupboards are miss matched but the heavy set man who lived there didn't bother with the likes of that stuff he much preferred to be outside the old latch on the rotten door was never closed either. Tom is his name big Tom with hands like shovels. He has a brother with him that passed away over the water although Tom stayed here in Ireland he liked the familiar. Although he was a true Irish man. He wants you to know that he likes your surroundings he likes sitting in the room where the sunshine glows through the glass. You also have lovely miss matched furniture which he also loves. Its like home to him. Did you buy his house?
Firstly theyre showing me another baby a little girl to come. You will also change jobs but only for a short period of time as you will be otherwise engaged with other areas of your life. They want to thank you for the time and energy you have put into looking after others around you, so now it is time for you Pauline to receive so say the words Bring it on and watch as they help deliver your hearts desires.

Change Is Good...
Dear Carol
I was lead to your email as you have the Angels surrounding you in every way you can imagine. For the reason being you have been asking them for signs so sitting here right now reading this blog is one huge sign .The need for you to stop asking and begin to look around you as to the signs and signals that Spirit and your Angels have been shouting at you. Now I understand when as human beings we believe that because things are not going the way we want them too then they have to be wrong? Well the thing is everything that has been happening around has been showing you a whole new road and path that they have been showing you for quite some time now yet because its not what "YOU" expect then it must be wrong and feel so different that you don't even realise that with change yes there can be a small or big bit of Fear, but it is within this enormous change brings great happiness and balance. I say this smiling as each and every one who reads this blog will have one thing in common each and every one of us have experienced great pain and fear at one point or another we just cannot side step our way from change. It happens sometimes in small ways and then sometimes through great pain and emotional loss. There is a very gentle male here in Spirit that wants to connect with you he is not a very large man and built quite slight , Jim is his name he is there with Tess Teresa hi mother and sister are with him he connects to the father side of your family. You are being watched and they have been trying so hard to show you that even the hard stuff can bring happy change. You my friend need to stop asking and begin to listen not only with your ears but all of your sense's as you my friend have this choice and so far you have chosen the hard and difficult path the need to accept that certain parts of your life connecting to people ,places, and things that need to be removed for you to move forward fearless. This man wants to acknowledge that you where at one point in the last seven months been making quite steady progress towards your new life change yet someone who likes to be in control seems to have connected through your own vulnerabilities and went for what I call the jugular literally. I feel the need to say that when there is a person in our lives that needs control just like they need the air to breath when they sensed that you where planning a change it was like you my friend cut off there very air supply giving them less control. There for you where changing and they panicked they have control only if they are given it and you have sometimes even unknowingly given this person full and complete control!
This Carol has to stop.How??
Just for a few minutes sit back and think who in your life likes you to be fully there just for them? Who puts you off going out and running others down in the hope that their own insecurities will have a profound reaction within your energy. The answer I am sure is already inside your mind. Now it is your time t regain your own true powerful beautiful self make your list Carol. Write what you want down and begin your path that by the way will happen whether you like it or not it is now your choice to feel relief and go on this journey with the expectancy of that of a childs eyes at Christmas . Its exciting, joyous and most of all its amazing energy to be handed as a gift from Spirit to you. It is time for a move Carol don't be afraid to step over to the opposite side of the road even if you feel it has nothing for you go on take that step . You will be so glad you did.Sometimes in our lives we will experience massive panic and fear but there is no need now as this is to shape your whole new life.
Sit in your armchair light your candle and smile in the knowledge that they have your back. Allowing this change to occur and enjoy it and every step forward never ever look back You Are Worth Helping.

Follow The Signs
Dear Friend
Your Spirit family are very close indeed and they have heard your call for help. When someone we love takes our trust and breaks it there is indeed that feeling of everything changes, within that single moment in time that one person you would have said would be the one who would stand so strong for you can let you down. When Life brings the stale stench of hurt and pain the only one you can rely upon is yourself. When another human being breaks the bond of trust whether it be in a big or small way things will never be the same. There is a lovely man in Spirit that shows he has been with you recently and watched also in the last two years how you have struggled alone even though you were surrounded by people you had thought you could trust you felt the battle of loneliness in your heart and soul. I get many people telling me how lonely they are even though everything they had "thought" they wanted they had and yet they seem to always strive to get more or get higher than others. The thing about possessions is that's all they are and will ever be. The focus must be from the heart only then will the real things in life become available. You have asked me to keep this anonymous and Spirit respect your wishes. There are huge changes occurring and everything you have been through right up to this very moment in time has not been in vain. In fact you may feel that you have failed as a partner yet you have succeeded in something much more greater than you can imagine. You my friend have broke a cycle by standing up and acknowledging that you are worth more than just being there as a piggy bank. This persons life has always had financial issues surrounding there family and it seems the women within that circle are nothing more than puppeteers controlling others through slowly making you believe that you deserve this. That you alone have created their own faults and failures.
Oh how wrong they are watch as life and Spirit show you significant signs that they are simply waiting for you to let go and let them do what needs to be done, yes you have toughened up in some ways but your heart is still very strong, and you will experience love and laughter once more. There has been a lot of manipulation within all relationships there need s to be healthy boundaries so both parties can move forward but when someone hurts another and think they can skim over this by ignoring things i'm afraid its like putty pored on to cracks we can spend our lives filling them instead of really looking at them and speaking our truth from our heart and soul. It is only fear that stops us why? because within these cracks lie's the truth. And it is the truth that will set you free. Truth will allow you to move forward safely and easily the path that you saw has full is now clear as Spirit know exactly what they are doing. They sit with you they watch you and the hold you in the most amazing light you could ever dream of. Why because they love you.
Be kind to yourself you did not create this but you will break the cycle sooner than you realise life can change in sixty seconds :-) Know they are working very hard to help everyone involved. You just need to trust and follow the signs

There is a lovely man in Spirit that shows he has been with you recently and watched also in the last two years how you have struggled alone even though you were surrounded by people you had thought you could trust you felt the battle of loneliness in your heart and soul. I get many people telling me how lonely they are even though everything they had "thought" they wanted they had and yet they seem to always strive to get more or get higher than others. The thing about possessions is that's all they are and will ever be. The focus must be from the heart only then will the real things in life become available. You have asked me to keep this anonymous and Spirit respect your wishes. There are huge changes occurring and everything you have been through right up to this very moment in time has not been in vain. In fact you may feel that you have failed as a partner yet you have succeeded in something much more greater than you can imagine. You my friend have broke a cycle by standing up and acknowledging that you are worth more than just being there as a piggy bank. This persons life has always had financial issues surrounding there family and it seems the women within that circle are nothing more than puppeteers controlling others through slowly making you believe that you deserve this. That you alone have created their own faults and failures.
Oh how wrong they are watch as life and Spirit show you significant signs that they are simply waiting for you to let go and let them do what needs to be done, yes you have toughened up in some ways but your heart is still very strong, and you will experience love and laughter once more. There has been a lot of manipulation within all relationships there need s to be healthy boundaries so both parties can move forward but when someone hurts another and think they can skim over this by ignoring things i'm afraid its like putty pored on to cracks we can spend our lives filling them instead of really looking at them and speaking our truth from our heart and soul. It is only fear that stops us why? because within these cracks lie's the truth. And it is the truth that will set you free. Truth will allow you to move forward safely and easily the path that you saw has full is now clear as Spirit know exactly what they are doing. They sit with you they watch you and the hold you in the most amazing light you could ever dream of. Why because they love you.
Be kind to yourself you did not create this but you will break the cycle sooner than you realise life can change in sixty seconds :-) Know they are working very hard to help everyone involved. You just need to trust and follow the signs

For All Mother's
Dear friends
As I sit here in the lovely county of Kilkenny I am always reminded of love and the truth behind how we cherish our children. As Mothers are unique beings that most words can never describe. From the moment we conceive we incubate a soul that has chose to be with us from many life times before. For truth be known that in each and every Mother lies the strength and courage and the heart of a lion. That protective feeling you get when you know danger is lurking that gut wrenching feeling when you feel the loss of a child. That is what is real.
Today I would like to remember the Mother's out there that had no choice but to let go of their children giving the times and old ways of the Irish life were many a child grew up never knowing who they really are or were they came from.
The old ways are gone now yet the residual energy still dwells within each mothers heart and soul and for the child they left behind a quagmire of feelings still lies within. As each Mother's day comes to pass many people dread this day as it brings that old feeling of abandonment back like it was yesterday. Yet they have the the best of both because somewhere out there whether on earth or in Spirit they are being remembered more than ever.
For those who's Mother's are in the Spirit world know that today in heaven they celebrate the wonderful way that in life they were cherished and in Spirit they are humbled by how we remember them.
They will show and validate each and everyone of you that they are there right by your side. As some of you stand at a graveside today know that she is standing right with you. The words "I am not in there" ring through very loud as the daffodils are placed gently do not cry for she places her hand on your heart giving you strength courage and love.
Today watch as Spirit gather close they want to be there because they love you and that love never dies nor does it go away. Mothers have the blessing of eternal love one that never cease's between our world and theirs that love will emanate through your children and those you hold dear today. You are precious you are remembered. For the beautiful Mother's who's child is in Heaven know there with you more than you will ever know.
Being a mother is the greatest experience i have ever known each day is another adventure bringing it's own energy and growth around both me and my Children to whom I say this "Thank you for choosing me to be your earthly guide" For without you this journey would be very bleak and dull. You make me smile you make me laugh and i have cried watching you grow. I am humbled and honoured to have you in my life

Out With The OLD!!!!!!
Dear Sarah
Many thanks for your email sometimes in our lives we are sent people who may try our patience in every way you can imagine these can be great learning curves in our lives. Although you may feel at the time what in gods name you have done to be on the receiving end of such jealousy and deceit...The thing is life in its glory has many quagmires of utter useless energy and it is up to us as souls and individuals to know the difference. We meet sheep in wolfs clothing as I call them the people who get all too familiar to quickly the ones that are eager to do something for you yet when they do they like that old pat on the back of "a job well done" and all the while sucking the life out of you as they are nothing but Vampires. Yes they do exist but in different forms as human beings with the only intention is to take or try to break what you have already built through your life time.
Now this does not apply to everyone around you Sarah, only to two individuals that I am been shown as quite heavy burdens who have attached their energy to yours. This feeling you get that you feel so tired in the middle of the afternoon is all to do with energy. The good news is, there are ways of protecting yourself Firstly this man you are in a "strange" as you call it relationship seems very one sided and it seems that if he isn't getting his own way then you pay the price every time .
I have a lady here in Spirit that is very close to you her name is Mary she is a grandmother figure that is with you all the time and she most certainly does not like this man at all. She wants you to know that the real man you are to settle with is over water right now but will be home very soon. She says you already know him and that you were nearly together a couple of years ago but things were not in place then but now everything is nearly ready for you. My dear girl you have the most brilliant energy and help in the Spirit world let them Help You!!!!
Stop allowing other people to steal your thunder they have no place around your life so it is time for you to step back and allow Mary and Sean in Spirit to do the clearing for you. The amazing thing is that when you hand over all of this situation to Spirit watch as certain things happen that help to completely clear everything and I mean everything that serves no purpose in your life out in the blink of an eye you will be free to live your real new life. There is nothing more unattractive than a jealous man its not normal nor nice and you most certainly do not need him in your life now or ever. I mean what type of a man who is quite wealthy as you said leaves a woman and her child cold in the winter without heat....and how he adores status and money ??? The answer is only a MISER..... you will have the love of your life by your side by the end of May 2015 and you already know him. You my friend are to experience a whole new way of living and being rid of jealousy and tight ended people will bring you the freedom in which you crave. You will soar but with the Right Man beside you ...She makes me smile as the words the other lad will have lost you good and proper and yes he will have something to be jealous about then. But it will never effect you or your son ever again. Jealousy is not a nice thing in any human being neither is the manipulation this male seemed to be constantly dishing out to you so now my dear girl let go and hand it all to your family I the Spiritual plane where it is in their hands that true miracles occur. May you be blessed with as much love and happiness that your heart and hands can hold. Be bold take a chance and know they are supporting you with every step you take.

Bright Eyes Are Smiling....
Dear Rebecca
As I opened my emails I felt the presence of the most warm hearted lady in Spirit as I sat and smiled her eyes danced with delight. I knew she wanted a chat and it was as I opened your mail there you had sent me her photo the same lady with the smiling eyes.
Firstly I need to acknowledge she is not there on her own . As there is seven others with her and they are very present indeed. I want to say the names Ellen/Eileen and Mary, Joan Teresa and Tommy as I said there is quite a few here right now and more. When she passed over it was very quick as she shows me an illness yet even though we may know the end of life is near it doesn't make it any easier in fact it can feel even worse even though we love to see a loved one out of pain and suffering the grief and loss that you've experienced is very real . And for you it was like losing a special part of your life and all the memories you have shared feel like they never existed. They exist even stronger now as she puts the feeling of hugs all around me and winks at you in the way that only you know it is her. She's shows me a kitchen in light oak and how someone had to pull the washing machine out. I can see a woman and a younger man scratching his head looking at the water on the floor . She thought this was quite funny , as she shows me that this male hadn't a clue what he was doing. and I am sensing also that there is still a lot of unfinished work to be done. I see a little boy to come and how she watches over the little girl I am going to say she is either 3 or 4 a gorgeous little dote yet a real handful. She also see's that you have been toying with the idea of travelling and yet you are a home bird through and through. Rebecca your Granny loves you so much and she knows and wants you to know that there isn't a day that passes that she doesn't be with you. She said you've bought yourself a new jacket and the high shoes she laughs at as she could never wear them in her lifetime she said tell her she will get bunions she is a true character as indeed so are you. She said someone's to go easy on the drink and fags. Remember her the way she was as she is fully healed as I looked at the photo you sent I only recognise the eyes as she presents herself much younger now she is back in her prime. Did she ever threaten to use her slipper on a male as she's waving a slipper at me but laughing . I think he may have been quite quick on his toes but she did get him a couple of times and she got him good. I see she knocked something down the stairs aswell. My she is very active around you so clean up your space be your true self and shine like the star she knows you are her little gem as pretty as a picture. She loves you and knows and hears your heart beating when you lie in bed at night thinking will you ever have a real dream come true . Your answer is your life is so big and bright that you will have beyond the stars and more if she has anything to do with it. Never be afraid she shows me the bright eyes that you also share when you look in the mirror know she is looking right at you.

Yes You Can!
Dear Anon
I would like to begin by letting you know that you are not on your own when it comes to believing in oneself. There are many people out there struggling every single day with the same thing. In fact I would agree with you 100% on how others seem to forget where they have come from when times get better for them. Expecting others to admit this to you or themselves ...well I am guessing you already know that answer. They will never admit that they needed help. Why? Because they cannot bear to remember the pain or the hurt now I do not put everyone into this minute category as there are a select few solid grounded people on this earth that believe through sharing their own experiences of life can help others in hard or difficult circumstances. Spirit do not believe in the word (CAN'T) because from there own view point of the spiritual realms everything is possible when you take a good look at the word Impossible it really means I'm Possible...think about it.
You have a mother figure in Spirit that had a very hard old life indeed and yet she comes through here now smiling her name is Brigid. This lady shows me that she too was also gifted with the hand of healing and cures although her younger life was very hard indeed. A lot of abuse in different forms present themselves with her and yes she had several children whom yes she loved but she was told by others that she was unfit as she shows me adoption papers.
This lady did not set out to hurt anyone she knows that she is remembered and that you have two uncles that still sit in the quiet of night and talk to her. She wants them to know she hears them and tries her hardest to heal their hearts. It was only when she passed that she saw exactly what had happened there was nothing she could do. Going back in the early 50s she said they never had a choice she was sent away full of life to return empty and hollow. This stayed with her all her life until she passed in a hospital bed her heart stopped but she saying her heart had stopped from the moment she had to part with her sons. She holds you all very close and there is healing occurring each time someone speaks her name she is right there.
She comes to you this evening to tell you that you can achieve everything your heart desires and more, she wants you to look closely at your friendships and begin to move forward without needing anyone else to push you. You my friend are stronger than you think. Whether you realise this or not she has already set the wheels of your life in motion and you must allow her to show you what is true and what is the real reality within your circle right now. Not everyone may like the fact that you are growing and moving forward does not have to be a struggle the real people in your life will still be right there beside you. She said she heard you muttering how you can't do this and you can't do that...well you definitely have her characteristics for sure as she is just like you stubborn and beautiful inside and out. She wants you to stop measuring your life with others as this is your own unique journey enjoy it and know that you make her smile ...A lot! Anon there is no such thing as CAN'T!!!! If you need to take a few days to get your head around things that's okay but do not ask for any one's opinions trust your own gut feelings and never be afraid to fly like the eagle she said you weren't born a pigeon (she's laughing) what a lady she is. You will see in the next three weeks how your whole life is going to change s do yourself a favour stop resisting the flow, know that great rivers know there own way to the sea be like the river and go with your flow.
You are blessed to have such strength in Spirit there for you always. Accept the help and leave what you do not want to the side. You will be glad you did.

I Am Now Free
I stood by your bed last night; I came to have a peep.
I could see that you were crying you found it hard to sleep.
I spoke to you softly as you brushed away a tear, ...
"It's me, I haven't left you, I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here."
I was close to you at breakfast, I watched you pour the tea,
You were thinking of the many things and memories of me.
I was with you at the shops today; your arms were getting sore.
I longed to take your parcels, I wish I could do more.
I was with you at my grave today; you tend it with such care.
I want to re-assure you, that I'm not lying there.
I walked with you towards the house, as you fumbled for your key.
I gently put my hand on you; I smiled and said, "it's me."
You looked so very tired, and sank into a chair.
I tried so hard to let you know, that I was standing there.
It's possible for me, to be so near you everyday.
To say to you with certainty, "I never went away."
You sat there very quietly, then smiled, I think you knew...
in the stillness of that evening, I was very close to you.
The day is over... I smile and watch you yawning
and say "good-night, God bless, I'll see you in the morning."
And when the time is right for you to cross the brief divide,
I'll rush across to greet you and we'll stand, side by side.
I have so many things to show you, there is so much for you to see.
Be patient, live your journey out...then come home to me.

Your worth it
Remember we need others to help us move along the journey good bad or indifferent we need them. So the next time you fall whether it be of physical or emotional stop and quietly affirm that you are learning and growing. Remember to feed the soul daily , with nourishment of love and life. You are walking a path that you have walked many times before make this one count. Make this one the best ever. You will be so very glad you did. I hope you are forever in this moment of your beautiful life and may the gods bless you with everything your soul desires.

Today I was reading my many ,many emails that I received and as I sat waiting for Spirit to guide me your email opened without me even clicking on it. I am smiling as I know Spirit would never let you down and they have their ways in just showing me signs.
Your message was so strong I began to feel your complete loss. Firstly I want to remind you that you are a wonderful unique human being with a heart the size of a field. I know this as you have had the beautiful experience of Healing from Spirit and I know you know there touch. So I begin with this to lose a child is the hardest thing any parent can go through. Being faced with the unanswered life questions of what did I do? Could I have been the cause? Am I just meant to suffer? these questions are real yet soul destroying and I feel that you need to know that even though your heart may feel like its in the pit of your stomach you my friend are most definitely not a bad person, nor are you here to endure your life. Footballs and Balloons little bows and candles they surround you with the most beautiful light and they have been making quite a bit of noise recently around 9ish at night. Your grandmother likes to play with your lights in the living room and drive your dog nuts aswell. What a huge amount of love you have coming from the Heavens and you both deserve and will be happy.

Today I was reading my many ,many emails that I received and as I sat waiting for Spirit to guide me your email opened without me even clicking on it. I am smiling as I know Spirit would never let you down and they have their ways in just showing me signs.
Your message was so strong I began to feel your complete loss. Firstly I want to remind you that you are a wonderful unique human being with a heart the size of a field. I know this as you have had the beautiful experience of Healing from Spirit and I know you know there touch. So I begin with this to lose a child is the hardest thing any parent can go through. Being faced with the unanswered life questions of what did I do? Could I have been the cause? Am I just meant to suffer? these questions are real yet soul destroying and I feel that you need to know that even though your heart may feel like its in the pit of your stomach you my friend are most definitely not a bad person, nor are you here to endure your life. Nothing Is As It Seems
Dear (J)
As I was reading your question I felt the usual push from Spirit to answer you this evening. The thing about families is that there isn't a family out there on the planet that hasn't had some type of trouble or trauma. I wouldn't believe anyone if they told me otherwise. The reason I say this is because of a couple of things I have tuned in for you as an individual. You seem to be always striving to do your best whether being it as yourself, or as a mother or wife , now this is not a bad thing accept when you may find yourself measuring your life in comparison with other members of your family. There may be things that you know nothing about going on in fact I am pretty positive that people in your family have been hiding there own life's hassles for fear of being judged by others.
Nothing at the moment around your family is as it may seem. There is a lot of lie's and drama in the back round that stem from past behaviours of old habits dying quite hard. There is a male who seems to disregard the truth from actual reality. And unfortunately seems to feel if he is not making thousands that his self worth means nothing. This for you is not the case. The need for you to break old chains within the family tree, like cutting back an apple tree in the autumn. We do this so we will reap the harvest of sweet fruit. The phrase we reap what we sow applies here. How can we expect truth and love from others if we are afraid ourselves to admit that we are damaged. In doing this even to sit with oneself and feeling the pain of the fear of loosing everything. You won't lose (J) you my dear will gain more than you realise than ever before. Stop focusing on loss especially around financial areas as the universe tends to give us exactly what we put out there so if its aligned with fear of loss in any area that is exactly what you will get.
When we measure ourselves to others standards we actually tell the universal laws that our own thinking and power is limited. Changing your views of how you would like to be to how you want to be will have a huge effect on not only you but your family too. Smiling is infectious but so is negative feelings and your body will absorb everything around you. The need to STOP! and drop the old overcoat of repeating old behaviours. Allow you to shine through, I know you fear this and that is why we send the help of Arch Angel Uriel to your side. Remember this Angel although his energy is soft and gentle he can be quite like a hurricane when summoned to remove old behaviours he won't hold back. But know this when this tsunami of feeling inadequate emotion passes you will not only feel good you will be a beacon of light that will be infectious to everyone you meet not only your family. You will see the light at the end of the tunnel but the fact is you need to get out of your own way and let LIFE do for you. With the knowledge that you are safe and fully protected from everything that is negative. Your Angels only see you through eyes of love. Allow yourself to embrace your life with the eyes and expectancy of a child. With Wonder. You can do this and as you do you will then and only then see CHANGE!
Let them do what you cannot do for yourself hand it completely over to them. As the title of this blog is Nothing is as it seems.......You will see this for yourself.

Change's Ahead For You
Dear Suzanne
I know your not expecting this and that is probably why I am writing for you right now. I have two people here in Spirit with me that want you to smile. Sometimes you take the burdens of others and wear them like old smelly socks that once they are on you find it hard to remove them.
Well Anne wants you to let go and let them do the removing as they have been watching you struggle with other peoples behaviours and attitudes. No more I hear no more! You may not know this Suzanne but it can sometimes be that at the hardest times in our lives the light that surrounds you shines even brighter than ever before. Your not depressed pet you simply allowed your heart filled energy to be filled with someone else's anxiety and stress and because you have such an open Aura you feel it as yours just like those smelly socks its time to let go of the old and bring in the new.
She says to not be on the phone so much it fills your brightness with too much static and leaves you feeling flat. Be mindful as sometimes "friends" who we think are there for us can let us down it isn't their fault as they are consumed by "drama" and all that it entails. They do love you so and you are admired for your strength of character that you give so much and yet you expect so little.
Time for change ....Time for you to receive with an open heart and mind changes have been subtle yet they are happening right now as I type this message. New beginnings fresh starts and a smoother road ahead for you. But you must remove and step away from the drama. Dreams can become reality when we move our ego's out of the way and not fear whatever is to come. Make your wishes my friend make them BIG ...As something you want is on its way. I am so excited for you right now and its their way of showing me how they too are ecstatic about the changes to come for you.
You are Special and yes you will and always will be a Little girl in their eyes

Hello my Treasure
Dear Amy
Many thanks for your lovely email and the beautiful photo you sent too. It's never easy loosing a loved one, especially someone who's energy is so vibrant and loving as your grand mother.
She is fine and well in Spirit although her energy seems to be spent watching you and everyone else doing there thing. She shows me the day Wednesday and the time ten o clock. Showing me the clock in her kitchen that was stopped a couple of days before she actually passed someone had a dream about her and her own grandmother too, there are three spirit people here right now and the names that I hear are Margaret, Theresa, and Marie I am sensing a very sudden passing with two of these ladies the heart area was quite ill although the other lady was diagnosed with cancer I feel she was diagnosed far to late. There for no matter what the treatment was the outcome was to be the same. I also sense that she knew it was cancer and was afraid to go to her doctor knowing the very thing she dreaded was to become her real life nightmare. She shows me her throwing her head back laughing with such joy , although she had no problem being as fierce as a lioness when it came to her family. She is as strong as an ox and has a heart the size of a field . Say hello to Marion is been shouted here. And the big wedding that's to come she will be wearing blue.
You also have been either dodging or side stepping something in your life too, she wants you to grab life and do not be afraid to strive and move forward know that just because your friends are happy doing what they do doesn't mean you have to settle and do the same. You my dear girl have a huge amount of travel to do. Just because you are expanding your horizon's does not mean you will lose your "real" friends.
She is also showing me that someone has a new car and that the padre pio card is to be placed in the dashboard ,even if it doesn't look cool she said it will keep you safe...She smiles such a wide smile Amy. You are so blessed to have such a treasure in the Spirit world to look out for you. You can sense her at night and yes you have woke up and you could smell her too. She would never frighten you although im sensing she loved a good joke and that a friend of hers that prays for her saw her too, the mirror in the bedroom needs a good clean and she shows me clutter im laughing because she was exactly the same herself .
She knows you miss her greatly and that your always asking for her to give you a sign. So here it is in the form of this blog. You my young friend your time is coming to take a huge leap of faith this life change will bring great strength and courage never fear as long as she walks with you. She will hold your hand. She keeps giving you an orange icepop....
She also shows me balloons floating in the sky and three lanterns burning bright, the two Angels placed on her graveside and the mini daffodils that are there also. She says "forget me not" for she will never forget you. Do you have her watch? But you don't wear it? If so put it on.

The Journey Just Begins
Dear Friends
Throughout our lives we will experience sadness heartache and loss, It is through these very things that we grow and learn more not only about life but of ourselves as human beings. Realising that we are human and that we have a lend of the over coats we call our bodies. Not everyone has sat with death and watched as the Soul departed from its human shell. This earthly world in which we live is so simple yet we can make it as hard as stone for ourselves. Know that yes it is the most horrendous thing to watch a loved one be in so much pain but as you watch with your heart you will see the face softens and the mouth smiles. They see everyone and everything around them. And fear plays no part as Angels take over and envelop the soul with the love and wisdom of sheer relief. Allowing loved ones that have made the journey already to gather close showing themselves to their loved one who is ready to take the beautiful step into a whole new world of love and no pain. Standing with each person is their Angel comforting their hearts as they say there final earthly goodbye. We may feel heavy hearted and like our very heart is broken, but the celebrations in Spirit have already begun. As this beautiful soul has walked their path and blueprint for this life and ready to be alive once more. Free as the dove flies high they see their loved ones watching them leave and yet they do not cry for they know that they are loved and bring healing in their wake. To celebrate a persons life is to help there soul on its journey. Like a million rainbows shining the gentle touch of Spirit says that This Is Not Goodbye. As the feeling in the room softens relief and sadness flow allow yourself to ponder at how beautiful and wise the soul is. Knowing that the last breath is the beginning of a whole new life. Know that Spirit watch closely and hold you in their arms for they will never let you fall. Watch as the feathers appear, the butterfly, a beam of sunshine through the curtains shines. They are watching and supporting each and everyone. So if at some point on your life's journey you have the amazing honour to be present for a souls passing know this, we are never alone and you have been chosen by this wise soul to experience the celebration of their life. You are cherished and remember to watch as Angels soften the tone and hold you close. It is a special beholding to be present and know you have already made these plans long before you came.

For My Friend
I was sitting with the Angels they say they hold you close, as you sit beside your dad not wanting to let go. Know that they are with you Friend
Know that they are here, To hold your hand as angels pass so you may never fear
They hold him so securely if you could only see, Archangel Michael to his left and Gabriel to his right. They know you feel from a heavy heart as you watch him fall away know that there's a celebration just waiting when he decides not to stay. For they are breaking out the Brandy to celebrate anew. In the knowledge that he has led his life and still will only through you.
The eyes they may be tired the legs heavy and sore let the Angels hold you when he is ready to soar. As the heavens they are waiting a life well lived he would do it all over again. For each and every one of you he knows that you are there. As you sit and watch your hero fading even more don't be afraid to say the words "its okay open the door" Know the Angels surround you they also feel your pain as they quietly place there gentle hand saying "you know you'll meet again" for the Heavens need a hero to help with up above. They know he is your father a man that has great strength , for they only take the best. Hold tight to love my friend for family is near not only on the earthly side. For Heaven is so near. I asked my Silver Lady "can you help me" she nodded her eyes quite clear, Please hold tight to my friend until I can be right there. I will stand beside you, you will never be alone. I will always be right by your side, even on the phone. For as I shed a tear it is not for your dad as I know that he is safe and sound. For my Silver Lady is standing beside you I know because I see ,the beautiful light all around you my friend that light is from me. Know I love you always, I know that you are strong. Cherish every moment never let a moment pass to let those you love know it and share this love with grace. A song that they are singing those yellow ribbons are bright know my Silver Lady is with you all this night.

walked out the door. The gripping pain in Millie’s chest had been quite bad the
last few days and the shock of what had happened to her best friend hadn’t
helped. Slouching back in her chair as a tear rolled down her weathered skin,
she closed her eyes taking her last breath and she was gone.
When Bill
arrived home later that day, he told Anna they were going for a walk and to
dress little Alfie and put her coat on. They seemed to walk for quite some time
before they stopped outside some very large gates. Bill told Anna to wait
around the corner for him, Anna did as she was instructed and stood behind the
wall. She watched as Bill pulled a cardboard box from a rubbish bin on the
street and, picking little Alfie up, he placed him in the box, told him to be a
good boy, rang the bell of the large gates and walked away.
Bill stood a
good distance away, enough to see if someone came to the gates. Anna watched
open-mouthed as the gates opened and a lady wearing a white coat came and
lifted Alfie into her arms whilst taking a moment to look up and down the
street very puzzled to find an abandoned little boy. The gates closed and all
that lay on the path was an empty cardboard box. Alfie was gone!
