Angels are Waiting to Help

Dear Eithne
As parents we tend to try and keep everything as normal as possible as I was reading your heartfelt email my thoughts went out to you and immediately sent a bubble of light energy directly to you. I feel your exhausted and the feeling of the dog chasing it tail comes to mind. Did you ever hear of the phrase (when we continue doing the same things we will always get the same results). This I am sure we are all guilty of doing from time to time but for you the hamster on the wheel it is never ending and that huge feeling of not being appreciated and trying to keep up appearances so that others may carry on regardless. This my friend is where you STOP!
When you where born the heavens had a party and your angels surrounded you with great knowledge and strength . As you grew up and went on to be the home maker the parent, everything else for everyone you forgot someone very important YOU!
There comes a time in our lives that we need to stop and really look at how we allow people, places and things to effect us in ways that are detrimental to our very souls.
This is especially towards our families our friends and our Children, sometimes they get so wrapped up in their own drama's they do not even see that you need there help and their love. There for leaving you feeling worthless and very depleted. The thing is Eithne we teach people how to treat us and what is acceptable or not. Your Angels are so strong around you and they are asking you to perhaps step back for a time from certain people , they show that you are the absolute perfect caretaker but in doing this you have allowed others to take your energy and use it for themselves. It isn't selfish to reclaim your life and your energy back even from your family. After all you were born with the very essence of love and light as we all were and you my friend will be allowing your Spirit family to get back what is rightfully yours.
Your Angels want t remind you that you are important in many ways my friend. When you sit in your bottom sitting room a lady shows me that you have some of her things she sits with you as your angels huddle round healing the true essence of your  hearts desires. The see and hear your thoughts and your emotions they know that you worry about the financial side of your life but I keep hearing the words "please ask her to trust us" theyre asking you that tonight when you eventually go to bed .. that may your last thought be one of release and of letting go. Feel the air you breath filling every muscle right to your toes to the top of your head. And as you do this several times you will notice your body especially your lower tummy area relax and not be afraid. Know that all of your family are exactly where they should be in their own lives right now. They just like us have written their blue prints for this life and they are learning huge lessons even though the results may take some time, know that lifes actions and words from others may hurt but only if we give the hurt permission to take your beautiful energy. Tonight you will give your full permission to the heavens that they may step in as a mediator in every area of your life. Stop saying that you don't deserve you deserve everything your heart desires and even more. You are an amazing woman of life a strong friend ,partner , mother and grandmother. You will receive intervention in ways you will have never imagined. They ask you to allow your children to sometimes fall because if you keep catching them they will most certainly do the very same again so let go and let Heaven do the catching from tonight onwards .
