Feeling Alone

Dear S.S
I feel very drawn towards linking in with our big Angelic helpers to come in around your energy like a huge angel hug is what you are receiving right now. What I am sensing that this has been not one big thing that has happened for you but a million little things seemed to gathered around which is why you are feeling alone and not really bothered right now. Its those small things that creep in when we least expect them to. The first thing I want to say is that whether you want to or not you are going to have to talk to someone about how you have been feeling. Bottling your feelings up leads to only more anxiety and stress. Now anyone reading this blog will have at some point in their lives hit a low ebb . So know that you are not alone. The Angel of marriage seems to be very strong around you right now relationships of every kind seem to be changing around you for the positive.
But I also feel that this slump that has come around you is nearly over. Please know that the worst is behind you and they are pleading with you to relax and feel safe in the knowing that you are never alone.
Have you ever tried Yoga? its just this type of body movement helps every part of your mind body and soul and you will also experience a good giggle whilst trying to contort your body with other like minded people who I believe will help you more than you could ever know. Please try it|! I also want to say that whatever you desire will come about be mindful of negativity via other people. Will you talk to the Angels as they are waiting and timing is everything. God doesn't make mistakes so you are worth the time and energy that you deserve . Connect with someone you trust and go for a long quiet walk perhaps on the beach. The sea air will help clear your mind and ground you so that your thoughts will become more clear and your energy levels will go up. You have just forgotten you in your daily life and today you are starting afresh remembering that you are worth the focus time and effort.  Using the words I INTEND TO BE HAPPY.... All the time everyday until you smile at the very thought of it I know you can do this and so do my big helpers up above you are never alone.
