You Are Not Your Story

Many thanks for your lovely email. I really love opening them up and wondering who will we be helping in some small way today. The reason this blog is titled You are not your story is because that is exactly the truth of the matter. Regardless of what has happened in your life the real thing is that your story means nothing, unless however you decide to give this old past your full attention so that it determines your future. Now I do fully recommend Healing for you as you may need a little help in shedding the old and outworn overcoat that you have worn for many many years. Well today dear friend Spirit offer you a whole new coat.
Let me explain the old overcoat I call it that as we have all been there at some point where we take on the burdens that not only our closest friends give us but also the past actions of our mothers and fathers. That feeling of guilt that takes over and all else goes out the window.
Sometimes even questioning your own sanity at times well I need to tell you that you are on the right path and two ladies in Spirit want you to know they are on the case helping you to realise that you no longer need to carry these burdens around with you. The names Margaret and Ann come in very strong one with breathing problems and her legs where quite swollen but she is fully healed the link to both your mother and fathers side comes directly in. And a gentleman who seems to have no teeth on the bottom part of his mouth giving me that gubby grin ....wearing a grey flat cap a navy jacket but his pants are greyish he didn't do the fashion too well and he passed very peacefully in his sleep.
He is more comfortable outside than indoors and two dogs walk with him he has lovely energy and seems quite interested in what I am doing right now. The link with Our Lady comes in with these lovely spirits reminding you of the power of prayer and asking you to have faith in Our Lady.
You have the power to re-shape your life any way you want S.W. Self belief is coming towards you. They want you to take excellent care of yourself for when you do you pass this lovely energy on to others. So give yourself a relaxing treat today. Pamper yourself. Try to get outdoors more so the power of your intention can work faster for you ie the countryside or the beach. Also the urgency of me telling you of a birth of a baby girl to come too its all very exciting in spirit right now as they will be guiding this little soul all the way.
A positive perspective is what they bless you with today. Please repeat like a mantra for the week or more the words I Am Not My Story!!!! You will feel the changes occur
