This blog is especially for you as I was reading your message my heart swelled. To loose your pops in such a quick moment can be soul destroying and I know you feel scared that he is alone but he most definitely not alone. He has three other ladies there and four males with him as we speak. He shows that you are in your room a lot and that you've started switching on the light. He wants you to know that he is safe and well and that he would never scare you. He keeps saying the name Jim is there too and Michael also . His mum is with him and rose he keeps saying send my love to Rose. He shows me his Heart space at the tie of his passing. He never wore a suit just a nice shirt and jumper did him and it was his wife that always picked his clothes. He shows me someone who got a new light gold/beige car loves the interior of it. He is very smiley indeed. He says to tell you the words "Don't Quit". did he like golf? I see something to happen in his name in the means of a memorial perhaps its a trophy. He is also showing me a piano and soft music. You need to continue with studying and know that he is very proud of you all. I keep seeing the colour blue all around your gran. He held her hand right through his service. She is watched also by two ladies in Spirit the name Maureen is very strong and Philomena too. He puts enormous healing light all around her hips and legs so that she is okay he stays very very close to home. He say says he knows you miss him but he is only a thought away. He will never be too far that you can always reach him. Don't be sad little peach he loves you so much. I don't feel that he liked goodbyes so he was glad he did not suffer any pain whatsoever. Also he keeps saying "tell Alisha its exactly like home" and "my body was just my overcoat for this life" .And also he is glad that he went first as he portrays his wife to be in everyway much stronger than him, and he couldn't cope without her. Their love for each other is extremely intense they raised a family they are very proud of.
Alisha Spirit are only a thought away.  Never be afraid to ask him for his help as he would move the  Heavens just for you.
He knows you will always keep him close to your heart. And something around your neck also. He is waving his keys at me too.
You are also surrounded by three Angels that have been comforting you know that they too hear your thoughts and your prayers so please never lose your faith. You are cherished.

I had to do this blog this evening because i have two males in the Spirit world that wanted to say hello to you this evening. So hear goes. Anything that doesn't make sense now to you will come to pass. There is a male that passed suddenly that i am picking up on very strong the name John and the name pat/patsy  is being said i keep seeing a wedding ring on a chain around a females neck and how since he passed she hasn't been sleeping he spends a lot of his time with her he keeps saying the name Theresa , and how there is a baby pink cover on the bed. Two small lamps but one that never gets disturbed. He says there was three people helping to sort his things out. He is a very proud father i see that he puts the word sleep around you that your body is craving some much needed rest. You always look after everyone first, he is asking you to stand up for yourself make you and your life count. 

He has watched as you trudged along putting yourself last.I am also sensing that someone here passed through a tragic circumstance involving water the link with depression comes in very strong. And yet he hid it quite well.He keeps showing me the calender its 2012 and the early month of march either for a birthday or anniversary. He says he is fine and well now. He thought he would be found straight away he is sorry for the nights of anguish that the search caused the whole family. He say's he didn't want anyone to be hurting.I need to acknowledge the name Joan also that the name Kitty is there watching over her this lady has a very religious connection or has some help in the missionaries .And that your mother prays a lot .Brona all you gotta do when you need guidance is listen to your thoughts and pay attention to your inner knowingness  Please know that they are bringing the gifts of a new home for someone and also a new type of job is coming directly to you. You already possess the willpower and strength of character to know you can do everything you put your mind to theyr'e shouting "GO FOR IT" so there you go know that they love you and they see everything ...lol so don't try to force things to happen allow spirit to help in this matter. There's a man who wants me to write this Merry Christmas Princess ,P.s he loves your hair x

Gut Feelings Do we listen or not?

Thank you for your email and i'm hoping you are having a lovely Christmas.
Lets get started then.
Your answer is yes it seems that you are most certainly moving Karen and yet there is someone around your energy that seems to be very black and white at the moment in there mood around the moving.The Angels seem to be asking you to move cautiously and possibly look deeper into a particular situation as all is not as it seems to be. You know that feeling that we know exactly where we are going in our lives and are quite sure of the future.... It is then that the great Universe steps in and brings great life lessons and gifts that could change the passage of your life completely depending on how you react to what comes. As the higher forces of Universal law cannot meddle with your free will to choose whatever road. That part is up to you.
Your Angels ask you to take Action in a situation and that you need to trust your gut and lovingly assert yourself i am sensing that the first job you take they don't think you will like it but as they show me the end of a life cycle within your soul it's then, you will get excited as Happiness awaits .Showing you letting go of the old and embracing the new. There's to be lots of color and sunshine around you in the place that you will live. I feel you already have a connection with two particular people there. Please know your Angel stands next to you but is asking you to begin to acknowledge your gut feeling as they have been trying to show you something for the last few months. They know you might be afraid of what you may feel but know that they only have YOUR best interest at heart as they love you unconditionally.
Your Angels also show me that your mum will be just fine she too is never alone. There are two male's and three ladies in the Spirit world that stay with her all the time i keep hearing the name Ann and the name Margaret they are both directly connect to your mums side of the family. One passed over with cancer the other had a lot of different things going on from arthritis to blood clots.Know that they also watch over you too. Please stop the worrying and follow your heart but mostly follow your gut.

Goodbye to the Old

I received an email to which i am replying to today so thank you Anon your name shall not be mentioned. But i do feel that this blog will touch many people on a soul level.
With regards to letting go of the old and outworn in your life to embracing the new. It is scary not really knowing which direction your life is going and yet this time can be the most exciting time of your life ever,Life itself has taught you many valuable lessons now its time to take that wisdom and begin your new journey. Be in the knowledge that this new phase of life brings many blessings in its path.Do not be afraid dear one as you have been in the past. As old relationships end and unhealthful old patterns disperse . The real things in your life begin to matter more.Know that your Gaurdian Angel stands close to you even though you may feel lonely at times especially Christmas time know that everything happens for a reason. Too many people stay in relationships that are so unhealthy just because they fear that there is nothing and know one out there just for them. Truth is they are just limiting themselves from a new life of real love and proper respect. That they truly deserve. So what is this seemingly true love? Is it changing your mood so that your spouse can feel better? Is it telling them every move you make so they trust you? Or phoning them every ten minutes to see if they still love you?All of these things are just a complete farce. Needing only there approval before your own?
The answer is NO !!!!
If you are with a partner that needs attention on a constant basis this is pulling from your energy and enabling this behavior to not stand on there own two feet instead we take their burdens on as ours . Wrong thing to do as when you first met how there parents or friends treated them had no part in your life, you where just too excited at the fact that you met your true love and as time goes on they begin to tell you all the awful things that had happened in their past ,,,,Now this is so wrong I am a firm believer in "your past does not equal your future" although the need to deal with the past is huge.And then another important aspect to remember is your mood and how you feel emotionally as you can attract what you are putting out to the great big Universe. So you need to make the time to Heal away all past hurts not just in relationships but in every aspect of your life. Talk to your angel as they are more than happy to remove all burdens of mistrust and old behaviours that have been holding you back.Try it you will be glad you did. I feel the need to say that what you seek is under your nose .The person who is your true twin flame you already know i feel this person has two children from a past relationship.This person seems to have gone through their fair share of bumps on the path of life ,but i feel that he does not carry it around with him at all. You have some type of a history with this person and it seems you have more to come. Know that this person has completely dealt with their past so do not go digging let the old go. Embracing the new with this person will bring not only happiness but security of all kinds. You don't realize it now but you will very soon.And you will more than likely end up moving also.The Angels remind you that what you focus on shall manifest so be mindful as your thoughts and words are powerful indeed.Please know that all these little shifts are bringing a positive into your life. They can't fill a full cup so time to make space in your life for the new and very exciting.

Will i find Love?

I was very drawn to your email and have decided to consult the Angels of Romance and Love for you this evening..It seems that your life has been quite full of deception and lies looking up to this point something or someone has been wearing a mask, that entailed a long period of  twisting and changing yourself to try to please another person. Only to find that no matter what you did for that person nothing seemed to make them love you. Leaving you feeling depleted and all the while losing your hearts energy to a negative that wasn't yours it was there's.
I normally never go back to the past but its from the past that you in these circumstances can learn for your future.Sometimes in life we can lean towards someone with a type of broken wing syndrome that in some strange place in the brain that we feel we can CHANGE another person. Lesson one you can't!!!Insecurities that have dragged you backwards in the past are to be a thing of the past. Please know that the Angels see this information as important for you and it is imperative that you listen to what they are saying, in doing so you may save yourself a lot of heartache and pain in the future.
The Angels ask that you begin to express yourself with clarity and love in doing this you are telling the great universe that you are to be heard and listened to,It is in this speaking your truth firstly to yourself and then another human being that your heart chakra will open once more. Amanda in the next three days you will affirm to yourself the words "I am Love" notice how the word Love changes how you breath and how you feel.Stand in front of a mirror smile and say "I Am Love" i know you may laugh the first few times, but when you begin to feel the actual words you are repeating then and only then can LOVE seep into your Aura and straight to your heart. Amanda the feelings of fear and insecurity stem from a broken wing from your past please know that how you ended up feeling about relationships is the other persons insecurity. Your self confidence will be boosted also by calling ArchAngel Gabriel and surrounding yourself with the colour pink. Notice in the next three days as you repeat to yourself I Am Love how you start to like the smile on your face. That feeling secure in your skin. The energy to run for miles it is then that you will attract what your looking for. The Angels say you are to meet two males....if its not a feast its a famine ....And it will be your choice as to who you choose to go into a longterm loving relationship. The Angels will never get in the way of your free will so choose wisely i am sure you will. Also theres a very strong connection for you with children whether you work with them or you are to be a young mum. The Christmas Wish

I named this the Christmas Wish because it is in this time year that people run around nearly losing their minds worrying about will they have enough to get through the Christmas season. Even though people you pass on the streets may be merry and smiling and full of the Christmas cheer. What's behind the eyes may hold a different story.
For many many people out there Christmas is the saddest time of the year as they have a loved one in Spirit that they miss so much that when each Christmas comes round their hearts are heavy with grief. I had to do this blog because i connected with a lady who just lost her Husband in the last month unfortunately it was through suicide that took him into the Spirit world as i sat and listened to this poor woman talk about how he had sat at the dinner table the night before and laughed with her over silly things that their grandchildren had done just a few weeks ago. She did not know that when she said goodnight to him that it would be the last time she would see him alive.
Nothing can prepare anyone for the shock that awaited her the following morning. The pain and grief engulfs every breath she takes. Each step she takes each thought she thinks leads to the question Why? I didn't even know that he was feeling down in himself. The thing with depression is that its a silent killer it creeps up on you and before you know it your consumed one way or another it takes over. I need to talk about this as unfortunately depression is something that can effect anyone and it can leave a tsunami of turmoil in its wake. It seems that even though there is so much awareness about mental health issues still there are those who feel they are trapped and have nobody to talk to or maybe they may feel judged or possibly have been told "ah you will be grand just keep busy" .Its words like this that lead them into a much deeper state of being alone as only if you have suffered with this disease will you truly be able to have compassion for those who are suffering. That feeling of being in a very busy place and knowing every person around you and yet you feel totally alone. Its this that pulls you even further down and separates you whether you realize it or not from life itself.
So here is my Christmas Wish even if only one person out there reads this message and does something small for someone who may need a listening ear please let the people you love most in the world know that you love them and that you are always there. Sometimes especially around this time of year we get caught up in the mayhem of rushing and running around like headless chickens. Completely unaware that maybe your brother or sister your mum or your dad or your best friend in the world is feeling alone .Or maybe that person you pass everyday on the street is feeling isolated and may have nothing to go home to. So i propose this at some point in the next couple of weeks i dare each and everyone of you to do something let it be big or small for someone it doesn't have to be a huge gesture but a simple phone call or make it your business to connect even with a total stranger on the street. If you see an elderly person struggling with crossing a road or carrying shopping don't pass thinking ah sure someone else will help them. Stop and offer your help. It is in doing simple things like this that reminds people that there are still genuine caring human beings out there.
You have the power today to literally make someones day by taking a few minutes to look around you and see that there are lots of people around that may just need a simple smile or hello.
There are so many people alone out there for Christmas and the sad thing is they feel invisible to everyone around them. Please please please if you could just spare a thought and one small gesture to someone you will be helping there Angel come closer to them and whether you know it or not you may even save someones life. It's as simple as that. It pains me to sit with any human being who has lost someone through depression. As it is the family that's left behind who is left in the hell and torment of blaming themselves. I am trying to keep this blog short today but direct in the knowledge that YOU can make a difference TODAY!...so there you go i challenge you all to do something small and know that each little seen and unseen thing you do with love comes back a thousand times to you and yours and your Angels applaud your actions. Go for it

Throughout our entire lives we will meet and embrace everything and everyone over and over .Do you know that familiar feeling of knowing that your energy or something deep within you knows the person you have just met??? Thats because there is a huge possibility that you have already met in another life experience. The fact is we write our own Blueprints for this life we are living now, whether good, bad or indifferent we have chose to experience this. 

I know that i struggled with this as i being me question everything and rarely take anyones word for anything unless i see for myself or connect with a higher being that may just enlighten this cloud full of difference to what we perceive our lives to be. 

As we go through our lives there can be challenges always ahead but be in the knowledge that at some point you have already solved your problems or Challenges. Isnt it comforting to know that we are never alone that there is always an Angel by your side. A constant companion, they are the light in our Dark places and the unfortunate thing is that there are so many redundant Angelic beings out there for not everyone believes they exist. I challenge anyone to invite their Gaurdian Angel into their life and energy field and ask them to help you or even show you signs that nobody else could know. You my friends will be astonished that the moment we stop saying the words "my will be done" keeping everything in the (isms) thats I self and the Me's.....and the I wants....the list is endless. There for if we are telling these huge energy sources that what' shall be will be.... and we trust that the Universe has a greater plan why therefor do we feel the need to put our orders out to the Universe and in the next breath grab them back???????

That voice called FEAR....FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL. The fact is, its actually nothing. A newborn baby is born fearless.Why from as soon as there souls begin to form life brings in the FEAR. You see this is something that from generation after generation has been greatly passed down to us as the human puppets we can be .We take our parents word as LAW and yet what if they too got handed down a huge bag of fear to pass onto us and that they have no knowledge that its the fear that has been gifted to them that has tried to ruin many a persons life.When you are looking through the wardrobe of your life just like you would if you were standing physically  in front of one now. Like me there will be the things you Love in your wardrobe and of course the things you hate yet something inside you just doesn't want to throw them away WHY?Fear Now here is a trick for that little voice that tells you ,You will not achieve what you want , Simply Smile at this fear and tell it to be gone that YOU will achieve everything that your heart truly desires and more.Would a parent allow another human being to scold there child? Or friend? No they would stand up to this fear and make it back off right there and then. Why ? because the most loved cherished person they were standing up for does not deserve to be scolded. And deep in there hearts and souls core they know this to be true. Guess what ? You my friends can do this for yourself !!!! Yes you have that battle and strength of character to stand up to your every fear and tell it to BACK OFF! With the biggest smile ever. Your Gaurdian Angels will plunge you forward into a new way of not only thinking but a new way of being. To be proud of you, to honour your truest feelings, to take that time to listen to your own heart the same way you'd listen to a true friend. You are your own bestfriend . The Angels will bring real friends to you and they will keep you from harms way, but they cannot and will never interfere with your free will,Unless its already written. So there you have it.Simple yet true you just gotta trust and know you are never alone whether you know it or not there's an angel watching you reading these words. Take comfort in knowing you are treasured. And that your here to make a difference in this huge universe let nothing stand in your way. May all your roads and journeys be safe smooth and healthy. Lifes Bitter Lemons

For those of you out there that feel that life is serving you Lemons ,may you ponder on this,Question What exactly have you been ordering in the Universal restaurant lately???

???I have recently observed many people who seem to be telling the Universe that its okay to not pay any attention to your orders.

Thing is, a thought is merely enough to grab the attention of a loved one in Spirit they in turn listen and observe every feeling and emotion that you send even unknowingly out to them and the universe. There for they always respond one way or another......

Question,have you recently thought of something that you would like to do or achieve? and feel the rush of excitement fill your very bones. Only to quickly notice that what was excitement turned into fear and negativity already blocking you towards your dreams, self talk begins thus already telling Spirit and the Universe that in some way you are undeserving of what your heart desires .....

I am sure that anyone who reads this blog will identify with all of the above. What there for would you think if you were told that you can change all of these patterns of self doubt fear based failure,lack of self esteem,your confidence?

The next time you decide that you really "WANT" something whether it be a car, a job, a new pair of shoes it doesn't really matter you will STOP and notice that you are never alone as your Gaurdian  Angel is ever present, Spirit take great pleasure in helping their loved ones achieve their dreams and the Universe itself listens to your heart and your dreams. The term "be careful watch you ask for" keep it real stop and really see yourself achieving whatever you want to achieve see yourself already doing what you want.Being able to see yourself achieving is the key, from this day on wards there shall be no more self doubt,You are a spirit being having a human experience you have already seen many lifetimes. Fear loves company ,worry ,stress,financial,social,anxiety,depression.loneliness....the list is endless my friends but Fear is actually nothing Its "False,Evidence,Appearing,Real" which in simple terms its Nothing the only power it can have is the amount of power we give it.

From this day on notice how you self talk.Notice how self doubt or  perhaps mistrust your own judgement STOP and simply say the word Stop! By doing this action you will be changing the reaction and simply say the words I____ am now showing and telling the universe exactly what i want to order. Say it over and over whether out loud or in your mind by doing this you will be ignoring that little voice that used to say "nobody cares ,nobody's listening to me anyway" To having This amazing universe sit up and notice you ,you must notice it.Know that each intention be it good or bad is heard and taken notice of. So please remember your never alone for within and without we are always being heard.

I Am Right Here Beside You xxx

Thank you for your email as i was reading it the living light energy of your Angels instantly surrounded me with Healing Blue light .Showing me that you are constantly surrounded by their love and light. Now as i sit i see a males energy with sallow skin and a very broad smile his hair is black and he is keen to talk to me .  . He just keeps saying tell her i love her and always will. He wants you to know that he is now awake in the Spirit world he said his grandad held his hand as the energies put him into the deepest healing sleep.He watched you as you tried so desperately to save him. When someone passes so suddenly the shock is horrendous and the utter terror and panic cannot even be expressed. You did your best please be in the knowledge that he did not suffer. He says you keep asking, "did he know he was to pass"? The answer is no. He hadn't been feeling well and also he tried to ignore the signs that his body was giving him every day for the last twelve months. But he says he was stubborn and didn't think it would happen to him.He keeps saying he is sorry for not listening to you and others when you tried to get him to listen. He knew that his diet was all wrong and yet he did sneak to the chippy. He laughs as he says this he is large as life and full of love for you and your children.
He said you played his two favourite songs at his funeral.One imparticular that is for you and him as a couple. He is so proud of his children in how they made him so proud. He also shows me that you havent gone to bed since he passed and how your son is scared at nightime and how he clings to you on the sofa as the night comes in. He would never scare you he puts so much love around you all but he knows that it will take time.He watches you as you sit on the bed and go over the scene in your mind as you stare at his pillow asking why god took him. Please try and let your family be there for you they mean well and he knows that you also have a stubborn streak thats why you two loved each other and still do. Your life will get better in time but he wants you to allow yourself to grieve. You have been so busy taking care of everyone else and their emotions. Let him help you as he will show you that he is right there beside you always. And he promises to never leave until the day comes when you are old and grey to go to him.He loves you so so much and if he could turn back the hands of time he would.You are safe and Spirit are taking care of you always. He just keeps repeating tell her "Im right here beside her" . May you feel the gentle touch of his love in your heart and soul always .

Feeling Hopeless

Many thanks for your email.The term feeling hopeless is the feeling of standing still and very much alone. Although you are surrounded by your lovely family when hopelessness engulfs you it feels very isolated and that dark cloud that seems to just follow you around regardless of what you may do in your daily life. Please know that each and every human being have experienced this feeling at some point in their lives. Although not many will admit it as it is still seen to be taboo thankfully their are ways and many people who have no problem saying they have suffered with depression. And have fought the battles of lifetimes and are achieving their sense of peace of mind. Through either medication and learning new life coping techniques.It is extremely difficult to explain how depression effects you to those you love especially when they have never suffered in the way you have. Unfortunately Depression is silent and its not like falling over and cutting your knee you cannot actually see it. There for this makes it even more difficult to explain.
Understanding yourself is the first step as you recover whether through counselling and medication to have someone outside of your family to talk to or to just know that there is someone out there that can empathize every step of the way. You my friend are never alone even in your darkest hour your Gaurdian angels surround you even more now than ever. As you are very important in the greater scheme of life. The Angels ask nothing of you for they want you to receive their love and Healing energy as you now take time to rest and rejuvenate your body and your mind .The first thing they ask is that you make your bed and the room that you sleep in clear of clutter as when feeling low you havent been in the mood to clear your space so perhaps open some windows and maybe get someone to help you. To ask for help is a strength not a weakness. In doing this those you love will be more than happy to assist you as their Angels also will want to help you.These powerful helpers surround you on a constant basis.There is simply nothing for you to fear you deserve divine support and happiness you are protected always. Nothing can penetrate the power of their love as they form a protective barricade around you and those you love.I am sensing also that there is someone in your life that is in Spirit that you need to forgive and let go. There is a mothers presence and i am sensing that she was not there for you as you where growing up.She wants you to know that she has always been with you watching you in everything you do and that her only desire is to see you reach your full potential and fly higher than the stars as you deserve everything that your heart truly desires and more. The Healing that she surrounds you with is simply refreshing in every way and yes she will visit you in your sleep possibly in the next four nights. So pay attention as she will manifest on the astral level and its just for you. You will also feel your self esteem rising she will help you to free yourself of the past so that you can be fully present in this very moment. She loves you more than life itself and she so wants you to be happy. One more thing Stop blaming yourself ,what she did she had no choice she had no support or love in her life to be able to be fully present and be there for you. She was ill for a short time but she is fine and well and is very forceful when she says how she is so proud of you and how you cope as mum something she never could do . She enjoys watching you with your children and one of them is very connected with Spirit .She is such a beautiful woman taken far too young yet shes adamant that you will be well and free of the past.Forever....

My deepest sympathy goes to you my friend and I know that loosing a loved one through suicide is horrendous as it leaves families in shreds and the guilt of what if there was some thing that you could do but the answer is there was nothing anyone could do as  he had already choose himself to pass as he did.
As I sit here typing his presence is very strong indeed. He does constrict my breathing a little and yet he shows me that as he passed he felt nothing all he could see was light a whole sense of calmness embalmed his body and he was instantly placed in a healing sleep . I am sensing that he has tried to communicate with a member of your family but couldn't as the person they went to see was not fully clear themselves so the connection was very difficult. Im not sure why he holds up a pint glass but he is saying cheers to you and shows how either you or another female broke a glass in the last couple of days .He also shows me a photo that's in someone's purse that is nearly threadbare from being held mostly at night. The link with an older man that passed from some form of lung disease is with him. His face and skin is quite weather worn and the link to the sea side is very strong with him also. He walks with you and a dog. He shows me that someone made a compilation of his photos from he was a child and put them on a disc. He loves to watch and finally fit in. He makes me feel that he was very much the missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle but now he is well and loving being free of addiction and pain of mental anguish. He has the biggest smile and yet some type of scar on his eye that he keeps pointing at.He is very active around you and your family. He keeps repeating the name Anne. Know that he loves you so much that he was never really able to communicate this when he was alive he felt very much closed off. He is now back to the bubbly bright boy he was when he was yunger. He shows me a new job for you and there is also a possible move of home as its nearly time for you to take a leap of faith. Please know that he will guide every step you take and that someone needs to be careful on a bicycle .

Please know that he loves you. He never meant to hurt anyone but he doesn't remember much of what happened and I think he prefers to be remembered in a way that is real . Someone who has obviously made some type of shrine for him keeps him highly amused. He really is a character . Remember him with love and not how he passed he doesn't want your heart to be heavy. Although he says you hide your emotions well from everyone around you. You need to release and talk about how you have been feeling . He removes toxic emotions when you sleep and he knows that you saw him the night after he was buried . He did this just for you, so that you would know he was safe in the arms of Spirit and the Angels don't lose your faith. Stay strong my friend for you are to be very busy through Christmas and the new year. The words "keep her lit" where shouted at me and off he went.

No need to be Lonely

Many thanks for your lovely email as I read it your energy seemed low and in need of some god news so I have decided to answer yours first today. As I sit here the energy of a  woman who seemed to have passed over in the last 6 years through some form of cancer that encompassed her womb. Although her passing was quite difficult she is full of smiles and no longer wants to dwell on the illness but more on your healing. She has sallow skin and shows me that her hair is now full and shining like it was when she was younger. She holds the spirit of a child with her directly connected to you. This little baby girl in Spirit shows that she is to return to you in this lifetime. The link you both share is one of unconditional love and yet her soul seems older than yours. She has waited many lifetimes to arrive just when you least expect.
I see that there is a male that was in your life before returning into your life once more. And I am sensing there was some drama connected to him from the past relationship but it seems that this now has passed. I know your probably thinking that you would never go there again but it seems you two have a connection that links both of your souls on this life path . Know that everything happens for a reason and we are the authors of our own blue prints that our souls have written long before we ever came here.
Spirit want you to smile again to be free of loneliness and to love another and share your life path within a relationship you must begin with loving yourself. Its in doing this that we shed the fears of the past. Don't fear you will not be alone nor will you end up wondering about all the what ifs?? No you my dear will be present in your now focusing completely on the 24hours that you are in. The past does not equal your future you are unique in many many ways you just haven't given yourself some time out. The Angels ask you to STOP!!! Its when we stop judging our past behaviours and see that each time life became intolerable that we don't keep the same patterns that we are normally used to. It is in doing this that the change appears as if by magic things begin to transform a bit like a Butterfly shedding its cocoon . It always amazes me to watch butterflies their grace and elegance remind me so much of angelic presence. Remember when you see one to smile to yourself in the great knowledge that god doesn't create garbage nor will he give you anything that you cannot handle or cope with.
You have that very same power within you to manifest everything your heart desires . Know that you are cherished by Spirit and loved by many. Know that the Angel of transformation surrounds you right now guiding you and you are never alone. Keep the colour pink around you as its calming energy and Archangel Gabriel will guide your words as some serious conversations are on the way for you and your man. All positive by the way so soften your heart listen to the truth and know that Spirit always have bigger plans .

You don't need me to name you guys to the world but I want to acknowledge you all through this blog as I was sitting here I wanted you all to know how I cherish you all each and every individual that you are. Not only in the last couple of years but throughout many, many life times we have stuck together through thick and thin. And without each other we would probably never move forward with the grace and integrity that we each provide along the way on our Souls journey through this life. I have been blessed to have met very strong willed characters that love nothing better than to push each other forward. Whether in good or bad times we learn the lessons through each and every step we take and its simply wonderful. To know that not only does Spirit have a soft spot for you guys but how they love our crazy times together. Why? because they see all of your Souls blueprints you are all unique and very much loved by Spirit. I have the pleasure in knowing that my friendships stretch right across this fine globe and they also allow me to know how each and every one of you are doing . Showing me in their own unique way how I can be of service to them and you guys.
I know how we may all struggle at times and even question the lives we have for some whacky reason written to experience in this lifetime (SMILE) But the thing is life is very simple it is our human aspect that seems to question things and then boom something always happens. But regardless we always stick together. We treasure our Families and our animals :-).... for they too have chosen us to share their life's journey and for that we are blessed.
Maybe im just having a moment but I just want to let you all know that I love you all and cherish the link that our Souls have. To everyone that reads this Blog sit back and think about your REAL friends and ponder on the thought that you already knew each other before and how boring our lives would be without our friends. Here To Help You

As I was scanning through my emails I was very drawn towards yours. The visitations that occur in our sleep patterns can be very scary indeed and I felt quite an urge to respond to you. When something quite big is about to occur within our lives our Spirit families often move closer to allow a sense of calm to surround you. It is nothing to be scared about although anyone who works the way I do we all have had our fair share of being spooked every now and then.
I feel a strong sense of loss over the years for you and the need for a lot of balance to come into your life. There is something occurring in the next few weeks that will change the patterns in your life .
This change needs to complete itself. The little girl you see is actually you needing to release old emotional patterns so that you can move forward fearlessly without dragging the past around with you like an old lady with her constantly full shopping trolley. Lugging it from here to there always worrying about life and where its going, please know that when we release there  will always be some type of emotional outburst whether its in the form of tears or anger or the need to shut ourselves away just for some time out. Quiet times are ahead if you know a good solid Healer I would suggest that some sessions of healing would do you the world of good.
Your life has been too busy lately with other peoples emotions and dealing with their pain. As I sit here now a gentleman stands behind me watching every button I press he is so very protective of you and four other people connected directly to you his name is Jim. Let me just say he has quite a large presence and wants to be acknowledged to you all. There is also a strong musty smell with him but I doubt he smells it phew!!! He comes around you in many ways but the smell is his calling card and he wants you to know that there will be a big move to come and its positive. Your not happy at the minute within a job situation but don't worry that's about to change .(HE'S WINKING NOW) he shows me a birthday cake and wants to say Happy Birthday to another female that is around you .He see's and hears everything and you guys give him a good old giggle he is full of life and doesn't view himself as dead he is very much alive both him and his small wire haired terrier ...I don't know why but I keep hearing tell her I have Charlie here too. So do not fret my friend they are not there to frighten you they just want to help.

Where Is Home ?

Your lovely email popped in this morning and my heart chakra swelled for you. As I sat reading your message I felt a huge sense of compassion that streams directly to you from a higher source of energy that has been surrounding you this past few months. Firstly your Angels are guiding you in the right direction in knowing that there is something positive on the horizon that you just cannot see they ask that you have faith in them and to trust your guidance as real signs. You have a female friend in the spirit world that gives this high vibrational energy that would lift  an elephant she is so strong around you all of the time. And I feel that between her (NIAMH) and your ANGELS they have everything nearly ready but I am feeling October and November being the big time in your life.
The link with teaching and study comes in very strong around you also gathering information so that in your future you will synthesize this knowledge into action. C.F Please know that Spirit and your guides already have a plan for you and your family they ask that you open yourself up so that they can give you everything your heart desires allow them to assist and guide you at this time and know that you deserve heavens help.
You know how to be powerful in a loving way for others but now its time to use this power for yourself. Do not feel guilty for wanting life to be settled and smooth your heart energy is so strong yet you seem to give it away. No more! Now its your turn to receive. I see two homes but one will be more of a summer time break away I see you doing a huge amount of travelling also  one of your children is very psychic he could nearly read your thoughts . Know that he will probably be the one to stay closer to you rather than flying the nest you will always have him. His soul energy is also extremely strong and he is one of lifes natural born healers. A very talented young soul indeed. When I sit here writing the word ABUNDANCE keeps coming through please know that the big lads above are in charge of how things happen and all you need to do is calm your soul and receive this abundance Why??? Because you my lovely girl are worth the time and effort . Know that they cherish your lovely energy and although you may feel a little floored right now they don't want you to do anything except enjoy your family, so they can step in closer and work their wonderful magic within all of your lives. Know that no matter where we go in life our home is already within us. Our home is with those we love and cherish in our lives its that simple. It is the human mind that needs to have a physical home yet your soul is already there. So no need to rush my friend they are working bigtime just for you.

Time To Breath

Thank you for your email. As I sat here reading it the one word that seemed to run through to  the very core of my soul was the word TRUST.
Each and everyone that reads this blog can remember at least one time in their lives where they needed to have complete blind faith. Sometimes we do it and we don't even realise it and to others the words there is no need to panic as there is a divine plan already at hand comes easily. In doing this they allow nothing to take them from their divine peace. I get many emails from people telling me how they have tried to meditate how every candle would be lit and incense floating through the air with the softest  music playing in the back round. And yet they say to me I cannot seem to find peace. Either a dog barks or the phone rings or they are mentally doing the shopping in their heads. The thing is you can find peace and meditation even in a busy supermarket. Meditation is giving your body and mind five minutes rest twice a day so that you can connect with yourself allowing your soul to rejuvenate itself just at the beginning and then before you know it you will probably allow yourself ten minutes and build your time up as you sit the more you sit and allow your life to possibly catch up with you the quieter your space will become even if there is a JCB digging outside it will not disturb you.  The trick in meditation is that you do not need to focus on anything apart from your beautiful breath. Your life source is your breath. Make friends with your breath and it will allow you to inhale peace and serenity every single day. It has been proven fact that people who meditate each day rarely feel anger and fear. You will also learn to trust your breath bringing more self confidence into your life than before.
P if you try this it will work for you and anyone else that decides to take ten minutes a day out for themselves they too will feel and see the difference in their lives. I do also feel that you are at the end of a difficult cycle In your life where you need to allow yourself proper time out and allow your breath and Spirit to lead you to where you are meant to be.
When I wake up I always say thank you to my big lads that watch over me. Try it start your day off by saying thank you for everything in your life today and don't give your worries a second thought each time you find yourself going down that lonely road within the mind try to catch yourself and say NO! I WILL NOT GIVE MY PEACE AWAY !!!..acknowledge them then tell them to leave you  as you are busy and you will be too busy enjoying your life to be allowing other people to live rent free in your head. It is so simple. For instance If you where the proud owner of a five star Hotel would you allow people to stay as long as they liked in your Hotel for free??? I doubt it very much but yet if you only knew that your body mind and soul was actually a real five star hotel that was built just for your soul to journey through life. I ask you to start allowing people around to deal with their own troubles as they wear you down in every way. You can have compassion but you don't have to take anothers burdens on as your own. Which seems to be happening a lot around you.
Take back your peace and quiet and give other peoples stuff the big heave ho. You will be glad you did. All you need to remember is to BREATH

I Intend to be Happy

The first thing I need to say to you is be cautious you need to look deeper into a particular situation before proceeding forward this comes in so strong for you right now. There is a male around you and he doesn't seem to tell you the truth about situations so be cautious. Be mindful also of who knows your personal business. It seems that someone around you use's the past to try and hold you back in your life now. You need to take your power back. In doing this you will free  yourself from the burdens of the past also. Just by saying the word NO can make a huge difference in your whole day.
The need for some time out comes in very strong as I see that you are exhausted as you juggle your days and then come the weekend there is no time or energy left for you.
This is where you decide to start doing things just for you whether its joining a group via yoga or getting a puppy seems to pop up really strong. The beach is where you need to walk allowing the energy of the ocean to clear the old cobwebs away.
I feel that you are also ready for a career move but you will have to choose between two different jobs as you will be wanted so don't worry about the choice that you make when you decide from your heart you wont go wrong.
Now your love life or lack of . When we release our old past behaviours and decide once and for all that you will no longer be taking any abuse from anyone. You will begin to feel more confident and as each day passes you need to say these words I INTEND TO BE HAPPY!!!!
Write this on a post it and put them every where you go as you see these words you will feel the change as the universe hears not only our words but it also answers you in lovely new ways of living. You deserve to be happy. Your head is not a 5star hotel for other people to live rent free there for immediately you will be released from old patterns. Happiness is a thought away S.K I send this blog out with the intention of love happiness and freedom just for you.

As I sat reading your email I found my heart swelling with emotion. The love you have for your family is something I would wish for each and every person that has children and this is where you shine like a very bright star. Each day you wake whether you realise it or not you change peoples lives. The Old pals that are your children there souls chose you to be their protectors on this path of life. A souls journey is an amazing experience whether there is heart ache or pure love. Each of us hold within us the power to CHANGE....
You have this power flowing through you every day you open your eye's as you breath you inhale the riches of life itself. This is special. Why? because as we inhale we live and as we exhale we die. It is so simple because we can never get that same breath back again. Living in the now brings us back to ourselves. It is in the now that is all we have nothing more. The needless worry that binds you to the past is old emotions that can be released through....your breath.
I recommend meditation and quiet time for you just five minutes a day to allow yourself just to be you. As you sit and begin to breath slowly counting from ten down to one as you send each breath to the soles of your feet. The mind will begin its usual chatter i.e bills doing the dinner anything you can imagine this is where you verbally or in your mind tell each and every thought to leave you be for five minutes. Allow your breath to flow and listen to it . As you inhale you breathe in  golden light and as you exhale you release the grey .By doing this for five minutes a day you will be telling the body and mind to release all tension and by doing so you will be Healing yourself. There are three ladies in spirit and a gentleman that wants you to know that you are never alone. They know you are stressed and worried and that you will be free of tension if you follow your heart. You have a special gift that the Angels have blessed you with and in time you will use it but for now they want you to ask them to move closer into your life. So that you can be worry free!!!!
Spirit want you to know that the place where you live is secure. They also want you to know that sometimes they go away so that you may grow stronger through life lessons but they are never far away from you. As you grow stronger your sense's will also grow and change and sometimes we think they are not there but they up the ante by making us sit and breath.
You see there are no limitations each breath we take we grow. Worry will not be a part of that life source that flows through you above and below. Your nan watched you last week looking at courses she shows me learning and studying is to come but not in a normal type of classroom. She says that you deserve everything your heart truly desires and that she see's another animal coming into your home. She loves you more than all the stars in the sky. So please stop worrying. She is helping you more than you will ever know.

Are You There

There is a beautiful message that I need to give to you and its in answer to your question. Firstly you are never on your own a mere thought of a loved one will bring them straight to your side. There is a lovely sister figure with you as I type she shows me something that had taken over her immune system leaving her weak and she was ready to go as she had no fight left in her. You kept her going with your tales. I am not sure what you a wearing now but she shows me the colour blue and she likes it . There are two other ladies with her and three males.
She wants you to take some time to be alone you seem to be sorting everyone out and leaving yourself last. She so wants you to be positive she shows me that you are very much like an earth angel. The link with caring and minding older people comes in very strong with you. But you are exhausted so the need for Time Out !!! You seem to be burning the candle at both ends . She said she was with you in the sitting room the other night when you couldn't sleep you were thinking of making tea but then you didn't bother. You asked her and your dad "are you there" the answer is yes. They are together and aswell there is one particular dog that must have peed on your sister because I need to say this dog hasn't changed one bit (smile) I see a small jack Russell type dog and two larger ones there too. She wants me to tell you that she is fully healed .
You need to clear that space she said it doesn't matter what you do with it. I keep hearing a woman called Margaret shouting tell her im here too. The name Cathleen bridget is also very strong.
I feel the need to tell you that someone who is looking to move needs to really stop and look into their options right now there is no need to rush. They bring the healing energy of the Angels around the whole family.
Know that your Spirit family smile on you always talk to them and give them your cares and worries as they can help you.

Thank you for your email the closeness of a grandmother figure and also two others are with you in Spirit. The link from the spirit world and yours is very strong. I feel a male energy quite strong also he was slightly deaf because both my ears are feeling like the volume has been turned down. Your nana wants to acknowledge that she is with you. Beside our bed there is something that you hold when you think about her and she sits beside you when you do this. Please know that you were not meant to be there as she chose that you would be busy that particular day. There is no goodbye's from Spirit. Your Nana wants to also say thank you for the lovely card that you placed with her and the colour lemon is being placed around you.
Who is pregnant as i see  new beginnings with the birth of a little girl to come into the family. The name maura/ marie comes in very strong also. She knows that you stood by her grave a couple of days after her funeral and you kept saying sorry but she was standing with you comforting you there is nothing to be sorry for pet. She loves you just the same now as ever she always will. She's very proud of you and the link to travel that comes in is very strong so your bags are being packed ther's a trip a brewing. The smell of flower's comes in so strong i believe she place's this smell around you for you to notice that she is there. Who was flicking through photographs lately as she shows me an oak type kitchen table with a geranium plant that sits on it.and the newspaper .This is where she spends a lot of time its like she stands beside a woman that gazes out the kitchen window worrying and wondering what life is all about. This lady needs to know that her mother is with her. She shows me a particular cup with flowers on it that was her cup for her tea, I dont feel that she would have accepted a mug she didnt like them and she still doesn't. She has beautiful energy. The strength of her love still goes on through you and all that loved her. She is such a quiet soul very gentle.
That is why she will bring the lovely smell of flowers around you as she would never spook you .
There's a statue of Our lady aswell someone had it on a window and someone put an angel with a specific plant and sent the intention to the heaven just for her. She loves you all , Know that she listens to you and she wants you to enjoy every minute of your now. You have lots of adventure's to come your way and she will be right beside you enjoying every single moment with you.

The Journey

Dear Reader
I have recieved so many emails about the loss of babie's and the one question that stands out is why? Why after carrying and taking such great care that this little soul does not live? The horror that it brings on the mother father and the rest of the family unit is undescribable. Over the years i have met thousands of lovely mother's whom had lost children either at birth or through miscarraige. The common bond with each one is they have lost their child . Yet not everyone reacts the same. The need for me to write about old souls new souls the elements of pure magic that the strength of these souls keep mankind going. For if they did not choose to come then we would eventually be extinct.
These little souls choose their parents from long before we where even born, to come to us in the next life  with the agreement of a particular Lesson to be learned. Now I guess your sitting either tuning in or your scratching your head. I know this may sound confusing but we picked our families the good the bad and the really bad. We actually connected  to our loved ones on a soul level long long ago . So as you look at the people that are in your life right now ,some where along the souls amazing journey you had a link to connect to. Now some of the links are not neccessary good links as lessons can take many many lifetime's and some souls will be constantly coming back to learn as their soul purpose is to learn and grow.
Others may choose to stay as a Spirit to guide and help us along the human journey called life. The unborn little souls sometimes choose just to experience birth and nothing more bringing them directly into the loving light energy that they had just come from. Some will choose to grow as they would have if they where here on earth so when they connected with me i would know if they had grown up there. Either way mother's need to know that they too are precious souls. To have made a soul agreement that would cause heartbreak is the biggest love anyone could have and that love is A Mother's Love. Our little ones in the Spirit world are very much loved and never forgotten. For as long as there is a pact from one special soul to another life will continue.
Send a thought to parents who have lost. So  that their soul may feel comfort and healing light.
Know that this journey of life can be very difficult at times and we may even want to give up, but look around at those you love and think how you all choose to experience this journey of life together.
Appreciate and tell the one's you love , how much you love them now

Letting Go

Thank you for your message. Before I begin  I need to say a huge thank you to you from a lovely gentleman in Spirit. He is very fatherly like so I shall assume this is you Dad he just wants to let you know that he is very much around you and its only since he passed that he can now see what you have been struggling with in your life even though you always smiled and said nothing. He showers you with blessings of love and keeps showing me a small dog around a child perhaps its yours or its one that's coming ...Please don't shoot the messenger (smile).
I am sensing a feeling of your world was turned upside down in the last couple of years he keeps tapping on his head saying im allright now and laughing. He is a jolly soul did he suffer with some sort of dementia? but he also shows me the black in his insides as well. He is fully healed R.D.
There are some decisions around you where you need to be careful with regards to legal documents something was amiss and I feel that someone messed up with regards to the small print, which left loose ends its like tying up old and outworn garbage bags when you release old habits and old relationships .Back to the earth as you don't need to carry such burdens anymore.
I see the link to a wedding and proposals etc,, also a weekend away to come too my, my you are to be a busy bee this summer . I see a for sale sign and then a sold sign this is to happen quite quickly and to cross short water too. Do you want to visit the lake district ??? The British countryside is beautiful. There is another Male there by the name of Tom he passed about similar time as your dad . You have a friend that looks after a mother figure and he wants her to know that he is fine and well.
Balance is coming all around your life R.D so stop putting your fears out to the universe as it does listen and it most certainly answer's too. May the light of the Angels surround you always may everything that is for you and yours come directly to you removing all blocks so you can be free to live your life.

I Am Still Here..

Firstly I will say that you have a wonderful Mother figure in spirit that is always in your home. She comes through with two others that had gone not long before her where I see five years of a gap between two passing's .The  name Margaret Ann are very strong . She shows me how you pay particular attention to polishing a certain picture that by the way she listens to you talking to it also, which gives her a right good giggle as she stands right beside you when you do it .
The words "tell her I am not on my own here" I know she thinks I am gone but I am right here.
She is showing me memorial cards and mass cards that there are some that you have kept in the big brown envelope. And  something about Our Ladys Prayer Hail holy Queen.? She has been keeping a close watch on four people and she wants to tell (j) that they need to rest themselves as someone has been burning the candle at both ends and they are exhausted .
Are you going away? Its just she keeps opening your door as if to say a big world awaits you go visit the places that you and she spoke about as she will be right there with you. Keep talking to her as her energy is so very strong. Oh and the potted plants need to be sorted also. I say this smiling . And she's is not bothered by the way what you do with her things as they have no use for her. She is fully healed A and when she smiles her eyes also smile . Have faith because she is bringing a different type of energy around you that only you will recognise it is her. And its just for you! She so wants you to get out of the house more she knows its still strange for you but let her help you through Healing and prayer she is answering your prayers and by the way you have many years left on this planet but she wants you to know that when in that time comes she will be right there waiting for you. Please know that a mother's love never die's it is endless.
May you begin to feeling her loving touch and sleep soundly in the knowing she is right there .
May your days be happy and may you have enough Love and Laughter that your heart and hands can hold .

How Long Will I Be Dead

This blog today is for everyone that decides to read it. I know that some of you will read the title and think  "that is a strange question" . Well it may seem strange but its a question that most people fear. Death is such a finality and yet life can seem so brief. So those ultimate questions that we ask ourselves each day such as Is there a better way forward ? Am I living my life to its fullest capacity ? Are material things really that important that we starve ourselves of being present in the wonderful NOW????
Have you been putting things off in your life ? You can fear death but chances are its gonna come anyway so look at these next few words. Live, Love, be yourself, but most of all be Happy!
This is where we take charge of  our lives. We stop measuring our lives by other peoples standards how boring life would be to be the same as everyone else. So what do we do?
We take charge of us, our emotional well being . You need to trust your emotions and no matter what be true to you at all times. Your feelings are reactions that YOU choose to have. Ahh I hear you say but there is so much crap happening right now and I cant take any more the answer there is why do you take this on at all ?? Its in the realising that we have control and that nothing has that kind of power over you in any way unless you give it free bed and board within your precious mind. Did you know that you have the power already ??? to choose your thoughts to choose who and what you allow into your head, and even if you choose to place a negative thought there you also have the given power to remove it . It's that simple. You have control to choose your thoughts if you don't then who does? Your friends ,your family your partner???? If they control what you think then they need some help and you can be free again. Your thoughts are your own completely whether you want to share them with the world or not but you have the final say .
I receive so many emails that tell me how someone is or has had a nervous breakdown the thing is if you cut a human being open you wouldn't ever find broken nerves ...The need to deal with things as they occur in our everyday living is imperative just for today stop take some time to just ask yourself am I happy ? Am I living my life fully in the now? or am I held back by other peoples controlling behaviour??? You will really find that you already have the power to deal with such minute things .
We shall be dead a very long time so I ask of everyone today just Stop! breath and know that you alone have the powerful intelligence to create you experiences through your thoughts so be mindful of  them just for today.
Follow your heart so that when death does come calling you will have no regrets in your Life.

Remember when we Laughed

Dear MCQ
You have one Beautiful sister in Spirit that adores the ground you walk on including your lovely children .She wants to tell you how much she loves your hair and wants to know why you haven't being going out in the world. She's a proper mother hen this one. The reason why the title of this blog is remember when we laughed is that im been giving a memory of when she was fit and well and how someone's drink splurted out there nose . With laughter there where children running about the same day although this wasn't something that was planned she shows me a white kitchen and boxes like your clearing out the old stuff she said don't bin it sell it !! (smiling) You need to start bringing your focus back to yourself she loves the way you seem to end up doing everything for everyone else and always leaving yourself last....
She said you where always the worrier although she worried for you secretly . You have come so far on your own that she gives you a pat on the back as you have the strength of ten people. Now I need to say your not to spend the rest of your life alone, as she has being trying to get you out but you seem to be a hard cookie sometimes and hard work for her she smiles saying this .But she will persist even now through these words the Healing energy is at work around you.
She doesn't want to be remembered how she was at the end as she shows me now that her body was fully healed the cancer didn't take her soul just the overcoat that kept it going until she closed her eyes but she know's that you where with her all the way you were her rock and she thanks you for that. She gives you the necklace and the two rings. Although one isn't been worn right now she knows its safe .
She shows me that your mammy isn't sleeping well and seems to sit in a particular chair thinking and asking god why he took her daughter and not her . She sits with your mammy in the small hours healing all around her legs and feet . I keep seeing a teapot that's constantly warm and a real homely energy in your mammy's house your dad sits with your mammy also they listen to her and the strange thing is she knows that both of them are there. The scent of lilys and lavender are very strong in your mammy's home . Its their way of saying hello they want you guys to laugh again even though they have stepped over they are fully healed and fully aware of the power they have so watch out for the light bulbs popping . Please know each time you sit and look at old photo's they watch you and they laugh with you. Keep taking the pictures and keep making funny memories you know she will be in the middle of the hilarious stuff all the way. She loves you all oh and someone's dog is over there aswell .

Feeling Alone

I feel very drawn towards linking in with our big Angelic helpers to come in around your energy like a huge angel hug is what you are receiving right now. What I am sensing that this has been not one big thing that has happened for you but a million little things seemed to gathered around which is why you are feeling alone and not really bothered right now. Its those small things that creep in when we least expect them to. The first thing I want to say is that whether you want to or not you are going to have to talk to someone about how you have been feeling. Bottling your feelings up leads to only more anxiety and stress. Now anyone reading this blog will have at some point in their lives hit a low ebb . So know that you are not alone. The Angel of marriage seems to be very strong around you right now relationships of every kind seem to be changing around you for the positive.
But I also feel that this slump that has come around you is nearly over. Please know that the worst is behind you and they are pleading with you to relax and feel safe in the knowing that you are never alone.
Have you ever tried Yoga? its just this type of body movement helps every part of your mind body and soul and you will also experience a good giggle whilst trying to contort your body with other like minded people who I believe will help you more than you could ever know. Please try it|! I also want to say that whatever you desire will come about be mindful of negativity via other people. Will you talk to the Angels as they are waiting and timing is everything. God doesn't make mistakes so you are worth the time and energy that you deserve . Connect with someone you trust and go for a long quiet walk perhaps on the beach. The sea air will help clear your mind and ground you so that your thoughts will become more clear and your energy levels will go up. You have just forgotten you in your daily life and today you are starting afresh remembering that you are worth the focus time and effort.  Using the words I INTEND TO BE HAPPY.... All the time everyday until you smile at the very thought of it I know you can do this and so do my big helpers up above you are never alone.

Your past doesn't rule your Future

On reading your email i can feel that you seem to be carrying burdens from the past and sensing that you have some unfinished business to attend to but the key to this is one step at a time. The overwhelming feeling of trying to move forward yet old emotions are a bit like our demons every now and then they will come at us like a freight train. Taking us completely off our path. I am also sensing that not just your past relationship but the ones before seemed to form a pattern of addiction and old habits .
We cannot fix anyone only ourselves we have no power in what other people do in their lives. But you can pray for them and send them Healing. The power of meditation will be of great help to you in your daily life you need to take some time out each day just to sit and breath. By doing this you are allowing the breath which is life to work its natural healing within you. Try this for five mins each day and then you will find that your time will get longer and each day you will feel freedom. Freedom of guilt that has no purpose in your life at this moment.
I suggest that you find someone that you can fully trust to speak with who will help you to look outside this box of emotions so that you feel safe. You do have a soul connection with your ex partner and i don't feel that this relationship is quite over i sense that there is a lot of guilt games that have been played . But when healing occurs it can bring the most amazing outcomes. Why do i see Jersey? a teenager with beautiful eyes and a younger brother ? There will be a lot of going down memory lane for you but the first amends that you must make is amends to you!
Know that the future is not as bleak as you allow it to show itself to you. The change of a job will follow quite soon but i am sensing you already know the man that will be offering it to you.
J.H please know that your guides know how you have struggled and they want you to stop giving yourself this quiet time will allow them to move closer to you and as the healing energy occurs they will be able to show you the way ahead. People places and things in our lives sometimes take some time in getting over see them as pebbles on your path you can either pick them up and carry their burdens also or you can keep walking forward without guilt.

On The Right Road

Many thanks for your lovely email. I want to begin with saying YES! you are most definitely on the right road for you. I say this from a male and two females that are with you from spirit.The lady wearing the pinnie seems to be the one coming in the strongest she has an authority about her i have to say  when she was alive she knew everything that was going on within not only her family but everyone else's too. So sit up and listen is what i have been told. She says that when you were a young child you were the quiet type not like a young male who was a total walking disaster now she smiles when shes chatting. The fondness is very heartfelt energy for you. She wants you to know that your fathers passing was not something that could have been avoided. It was his only way out at the time . The mind can be a minefield . Depression is the unseen killer its something that takes over sometimes and suicide is the end.  The name kitty (catherine) and John keep coming in for you. Your Dad knows that people connected to him have not dealt with not so much his passing but how he passed. He also understands the anger and confusion that was left behind . Its only in the last while that he has been able to be around you so strong by blowing light bulbs and he keeps showing me cds lots of them . Not sure if your dog recently ripped a screen over a doorway ? He sits with you guys watch your dogs reactions you will know.

Are you making a music Cd? he keeps throwing them at me for you and new posters ? okay now he wants you to give it your everything, He is so very proud of you. His Princess...

You Are Not Your Story

Many thanks for your lovely email. I really love opening them up and wondering who will we be helping in some small way today. The reason this blog is titled You are not your story is because that is exactly the truth of the matter. Regardless of what has happened in your life the real thing is that your story means nothing, unless however you decide to give this old past your full attention so that it determines your future. Now I do fully recommend Healing for you as you may need a little help in shedding the old and outworn overcoat that you have worn for many many years. Well today dear friend Spirit offer you a whole new coat.
Let me explain the old overcoat I call it that as we have all been there at some point where we take on the burdens that not only our closest friends give us but also the past actions of our mothers and fathers. That feeling of guilt that takes over and all else goes out the window.
Sometimes even questioning your own sanity at times well I need to tell you that you are on the right path and two ladies in Spirit want you to know they are on the case helping you to realise that you no longer need to carry these burdens around with you. The names Margaret and Ann come in very strong one with breathing problems and her legs where quite swollen but she is fully healed the link to both your mother and fathers side comes directly in. And a gentleman who seems to have no teeth on the bottom part of his mouth giving me that gubby grin ....wearing a grey flat cap a navy jacket but his pants are greyish he didn't do the fashion too well and he passed very peacefully in his sleep.
He is more comfortable outside than indoors and two dogs walk with him he has lovely energy and seems quite interested in what I am doing right now. The link with Our Lady comes in with these lovely spirits reminding you of the power of prayer and asking you to have faith in Our Lady.
You have the power to re-shape your life any way you want S.W. Self belief is coming towards you. They want you to take excellent care of yourself for when you do you pass this lovely energy on to others. So give yourself a relaxing treat today. Pamper yourself. Try to get outdoors more so the power of your intention can work faster for you ie the countryside or the beach. Also the urgency of me telling you of a birth of a baby girl to come too its all very exciting in spirit right now as they will be guiding this little soul all the way.
A positive perspective is what they bless you with today. Please repeat like a mantra for the week or more the words I Am Not My Story!!!! You will feel the changes occur

Hello From Heaven

This blog has a very strong link to the Spirit world as four special souls want to say the biggest hello to you. Firstly I have to link your mammy and dad straight away they have been very busy lately as you seem to have been running around like a headless chicken and then you end up literally floored. The need for you to take some time out is very important. They keep showing me the colour changes either just made in your home or to come more so the sitting room as you don't seem to spend much time in that particular space they are urging me to tell you to make it cosy for you and your family. Putting their picture pride of place of course on the wall, as I see a new change in the picture frames also but just three of them.
For some reason your dad wants you to go and play bingo. Strange I know but hey I am just repeating what they  tell me  to write . He knows how his passing was very sudden and how you still sit thinking if there was more that you could have done , the answer is that you did everything that could possibly be done he felt no pain G. Your mammy was there with her mammy ready and waiting for him. Who needs to get there eyes tested as they hand me glasses? . and the bloods that need to be done its like they're balancing out hormone levels with you at this moment in time. Your daughter will be travelling and the link with an anniversary / birthday to come is quite big to them also. They keep showing me a headstone has someone been talking about buying a plot or changing a grave? weird I know but hey these lads come out with all types of stuff as they are very active in your life and they listen in on conversations so you are never alone not even in your thoughts as they are so loving yet nosy spirit folk.
For some reason or other they keep telling me that you need to take action in something in your life they want you to trust your sense's and lovingly assert yourself. Don't be over doing it on the alcohol as its not helping your body so im seeing lots of changes in the healthy sense and they will release you of all insecurities so that you will have your self confidence back also.
They want you to expect miracles....You have the best of the best in the Spirit world and they are so proud of you and everything that you do is fully recognised now its your time to receive allow them to manifest everything your heart desires. G.B Know that they love you dearly and they haven't nor will they ever leave you.

Love Awaits

As I read your question straight away a gentleman's energy connected he was quite old when he passed but he has great admiration for you and everything that you have done not only for him but also what you still do for others who cannot do for themselves. You have a gift for caring a natural earth angel. Now he seems to want to tell you that this male that you have spoke of doesn't seem quite up to scratch, "his words, not mine". He says you trust your gut instinct when it comes to your children you know every move they make and you also know when they lie!  Then the answer to your question is within your question. Stepping stones of life is what he calls it. And yet he shows you meeting a new man very soon but it wont be in the conventional way...he's smiling at me leaving me more curious. The name Tom that's who he is.  A real character with eyes that smile .
He shows me how you have walked on holy ground and the male to come towards you also has great faith. Perhaps he's giving you a little hint...The Angel of marriage is with you assisting you right now talk to him his name is Daniel. He helps shift out the old and outworn so that healing may occur and brings the new and the heavenly directly to you.
S.B Spirit also seem to want you to slow down as your energy comes up a little wobbly and your sleep patterns are not great. My prescription for that is twenty minutes an a long hot sea salt bath. Your days events are meant to go down the plug hole so that we don't take them to bed. There for  we rest easy and awaken ready for the day ahead. This man loves to visit you and your children.
Know that you are protected the worst is now behind you. Time to relax and let the great universe deliver everything you want to you.

As I read your email I felt the presence of three souls connect with me they're presence is very much of loving energy, the motherly instinct comes straight in to give you the strength to carry on. Know that when you close your eyes she places a baby beside you and she smiles. She hears your thoughts and even how you beat yourself up emotionally seeming to fully blame yourself all the time. It is this self blame that she wishes to remove from your life, showing me how you have carried many lifetimes of burdens with you well today its time to say goodbye, to heartache, loneliness, sadness and blame . Through giving in to feelings of self loathing is purely allowing lower energy to take over you were born to smile to laugh, to love. S please know that this little soul is perfectly safe and well with his family yet I am sensing a speedy return from this baby boy and that is why you will need your strength. Pregnancy Pregnancy!!
I keep hearing the name James James James.....and how a celebration is on its way. Have you sent a note to the Heavens?? as they show me something floating to the skies and giving you the biggest smile I have ever seen. The challenges that surround you are just around you I am saying this as you seem to carry everyone else's opinions and views of how your life should be.  I hope you don't mind me saying but your energy was so low that you believed in the people you thought should be there for you. Only they added to your stress this is what I call the Energy Vampire's ....Now we meet these kind of people every single day you know the ones that come and meet you for coffee and you leave with nothing but a migraine? I'm sure your nodding in unison when I said that. I was smiling as I don't allow anyone to just zap me and walk away its called taking back your power. Its using the NO in your vocabulary it WORKS!!! S please know that your are being led towards the answers to your prayers please listen and follow the guidance that Spirit and the Angels will send you through your thoughts and your dreams and of course the REAL people in your life. I want to tell you that whatever you desire right now can come straight to you...But be mindful a negativity will block this unless you decide to take your POWER BACK. Your Intentions for you

As I read your question the first thing that seemed to come forward for you was a lovely lady in Spirit she seems quite active around you the last three months have been difficult for you. I feel she is with you more at night time as your sleep patterns don't seem to be very level at the moment. The thing with anxiety is that it can have greater control once we acknowledge it with fear!!!
I see that you are normally a very out going high spirited person. The need for you to STOP! Is imperative in every way.
 Firstly your thoughts create your experiences so anytime you feel yourself going into the negative thought process try your best to stop and think of something or someone that makes you smile. I n doing this you are automatically changing the thoughts from negative to positive its amazing I promise just try it for the next three days constantly telling yourself "I intend to be Happy" the old negative feeling will most definitely disperse. And a feeling of peace will replace it.
Now on another note have you being thinking of moving? If so the next three months look very favourable for you as the Angels seem to place you in a new space where I see a small garden. This lovely lady keeps showing me Christmas trees now whether that was a special time for you or her month of anniversary she's very connected to the male side of your family and shows me someone who hasn't been looking after their diet too well.(diabetes/cholesterol  She places rosary beads beside your pillow to remind you that she listens to your prayers always. Pink is the colour she surrounds your place of rest. Try to keep off the phone while your in bed as the static energy will also keep you awake.
We need to remember that everything happens for specific reasons but at the time it can seem to create panic please know you are going to be just great new horizons are waiting for you. Please do the Intentions for the next three days you will see exactly why I am telling you this. After that you can change your intention to whatever you desire. I hope this helps in some small way.

Feeling Low

While i was checking my mail  your Email jumped out so the Angels and Spirit wish to answer you.
When traumatic thing happen in our lives such as redundancy, loss of a relationship feeling alone and isolated the first thing we do is blame ourselves. This is where you are going to STOP! We are not responsible for other peoples actions and decisions it is something in them that pushes them to another way of living. But i must say as hard as it can be and as weird as this may sound your spirit guides have just released you from low energy so that they can clear your path for a better way of life. They want you to know that your desired outcome will be occurring in the very near future they ask for you to have patience and faith, there is no need to try to force things to happen as divine timing is in charge, Trust them as they will never let you down. The feeling of low self esteem comes in very strong so i ask you to talk to Archangel Gabriel give yourself five minutes a day to just sit alone and ask Gabriel to be with you. You will notice in a matter of days that your self confidence will receive a great boost. Know that you deserve to feel good and to experience real love.

There's a very clear road ahead for you and you will be needing to make a decision about two jobs when making this decision i urge you to sit with Gabriel and Archangel Michael.
